Are they even open? Empty parking lot a 10am. The black car is an employee.

I was a little surprised to pull into the Bojangles parking lot at 10:15 am and find it completely empty. After getting my food I found out why...biscuits and gravy - mid, Potatoes- soft and mid, coffee - terrible, barely there coffee water. I have set in the parking lot to eat my food and absolutely no one has come through. This was very disappointing and I certainly won't make it a point to come back. Too many delicious options in Houston to eat at a place that doesn't care.

I ordered my food Togo because this location neighbors a huge shopping plex! I ate my food next to the body of water area because it was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect! Parking: plenty, multiple open lots surrounding the building, they also have a drive thru! Service: very friendly, patient and recommended some of their most popular items of the menu wich all slapped! Food: ordered their 3 piece chicken tenders, fries, biscuit and blueberry biscuit and house made lemonade. The tenders had clearly been left to marinade in a canine wet seasoning all night because as you broke each one apiece, you could see that the seasoning penetrated throughout! Every taste was full of flavor! They also seasoned their dry batter too!! They come with tenders the penthouse of your hand and wrists! The fries are all Cajun slightly sweet seasoning! The star of the show was their homemade blueberry biscuit with homemade sweetening on top!! Would highly recommend this for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! Inside: plenty of seating and for large groups too!! Establishment is well organized with drink station on the opposite end of the door area!

Chicken biscuits with bo tater and biscuit with gravy.

I think they just opened so things are still a little bit un organized. We order a chicken biscuit meal and biscuit with gravy... The chicken biscuit is good i might says bigger and taste better than chick fillet. The biscuit and gravy was a disappointment- it lacks flavor. We love the bo tater tots and the bo berry biscuit. The coffee taste bad.

I really tried to like this location. But the dirty tables, lack of food quality, and poor timing of food is very prevalent here. The only upside was that the sweet tea was tasty and the line to order was short. We waited roughly 15 min for our food to come out. The biscuits were very soft. Almost undercooked soft. The chicken was good, spicy like it should be. The Bo Rounds were VERY SOFT and kinda baked tasting. Worst ones I've ever had. We've been to the other location in Richmond and it HITS all the good spots. This location def needs their help to step their game up!

The service here on opening day was spectacular! I was met in the drive-through by someone with a paper menu and a smile who told me some details and then told me where to go to place my order. The boberry milkshake was phenomenal for a fast food milkshake! Fresh blueberry flavor and so creamy and refreshing! And the biscuits are huge! I also really enjoyed the botato rounds... They were hot and fresh with a nice crisp and a hint of onion taste. Looking forward to trying the chicken at some point!

5 Stars for what it could be. North Carolinian here. Please bring the full menu. Bone-in chicken, beans, and all the things. Not sure what kind of market analysis was done, but you can throw a rock and hit a chicken tenders establishment in Texas... We need the full package.

Rude service, Mediocre cold food, Unattentive staff, long wait times. Lacking essential product too. Very clean store though, that's deserving of the one star. Better places to spend your money.

We want bone in chicken! Texans love us some options and just chicken tenders or chicken without bone is not it!

New location to Houston area and friends of mine wanted to try and they researched and told me…read morethere are a lot in Austin. So guess they want to expand to Houston market. Located in a HEB lot off 99 and I feel the HEB helps with traffic flow. Bldg looks nice from outside and inside is new and modern looking but sorta basic nothing fancy about it. Basic front counter and 1 small menu board and 1 small drink station. But in my opinion from a business point of view too many workers. The place was busy but not swamped to have 10+ workers. But drive-thru had many cars so maybe I'm wrong. Greeted as soon as we walked in with a worker saying "welcome in" and we placed our order and asked some questions and the cashier/order taker was friendly and helpful with explaining things to us. Prices are low ($3.50 for single and $8 for a single cheese combo) but the burgers are very small...as a comparison they are the size of a Jr burger. I ordered a single cheese without knowing this and my friends ordered doubles. $30 total. On reciept they break down the order and they number the burgers so you know who gets which burger as I added items to mine. The burger comes with lettuce and 1 tomato slice and special sauce (mayo based) I added onions and pickles but did not add ketchup or mustard as I wanted to try the special sauce and see if any good. Fries are thin and have skin on and were really crunchy, the fries were the best part of my experience, the burger was just OK and too small for adult male. My friends got the doubles and said it equaled a single normal size burger you'd get at other burger places as far as how filling the double was. I would suggest ordering a double if you're an adult who's hungry. They also have banana bread which seems odd for a burger place and really good cookies. We tried the bread and cookie and both were really good and sign states fresh made daily in store. Over all good experience but portion size to small for me to go back as I prefer a good size burger

How did I not know the name of the venue but knew what the truck was!? Nevertheless, my friend and I stopped here when he returned when I mentioned the food truck court off Gosling. He had no idea this was less than a mile from his residence and was pleased with all the truck options. We decided on this one since I wanted to taste this the moment I saw it. Yes, it's another Venezuelan food option but the eats just keep kicking with street goodies such as the arepas, empanadas, hot dogs, and burgers. Going a bit light, I went with the mushroom and cheese arepa and a shredded chicken empanada. The arepa had the right texture with the melted cheese and light crisp of the shell. The empanada was alright, similar to other empanadas I've had although I liked the golden brown color. My friend ordered the Pepi Primos sandwich which was stuffed with goodness beef, cheese, cabbage, dressing, onions, etc. A messy sandwich but he scarfed it down. like there was no tomorrow. We can't wait to return and try other items and my friend is glad this is near his location!
