Cute burger stand with an outdoor patio and little sandbox area for little kids. The burgers are ok. The fries are not the best- kind of semi frozen but cooked well crispy. The chicken bites are overpriced. The egg sandwich is ok but I like how they are $2 every now and then and the eggs are fluffy omelet style. They do not have jelly to go with the breakfast sandwich. Orange juice, coffee and teas are ok. I do like the shakes. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are a steal at $1 and huge. The banana bread is a little dry. Overall, I go out of the way to stop by so find it worth the drive even though I pass by better burger joints. The prices are decent, and I don't feel like it's super greasy. The customer service is friendly, too.

Really good burgers. Stopped here while driving through Houston. Wanted to see what the buzz was all about. It's a legit burger spot. The workers are friendly and our food came out fast and hot.

I'll admit it... I wasn't impressed the first day we went but we came back again the next day and I'm so glad we did. First impression when you walk in is it's almost like In N Out but they offer more than just hamburgers which is nice for those that have special food requirements. They have chicken and veggie options. The first day I tried to mock exactly what I get from INO and I was a little disappointed. Lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with pickles and grilled onions. The burger patty was dry. The sauce is sweet and I was sad. The fries were meh. The second day I ordered the spicy grilled chicken burger and wow!!! Such a big difference. The chicken patty was juicy and the spicy sauce blended perfectly with the burger. I added some salt to my fries and even they turned out better than the first attempt. You order at the counter and get your food from the counter once it's ready. Service is quick and pleasant. Plenty of seats and it has an outdoor patio. Unfortunately the sand pit was full of water but I see the potential.

I was out running errands one day and passed by P. Terry's. I did not know they opened a location so close to home! I kept this in mind for a day that I did not want to cook, so of course we headed to P. Terry Sunday evening. The drive thru live was long so we decided to dine in. It has been many years since I had their burgers. My husband had their double cheeseburger, and I had their crispy chicken sandwich. Wrong moved, stick to ordering their burgers. There was really nothing wrong with their chicken sandwich, it just didn't hit the spot for me. My husband let me have a bite of his cheeseburger and it was delicious. Their fries were hot and crispy. Definitely better than In-and-Out burgers in my opinion, and much closer too! Staff were nice and accommodating. The vibe gave it a vintage burger stand. Very nostalgic.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. The bun is soft. The bacon is thin. The egg is airy and omelet-like. I chose to make it spicy (free option), which adds a smear of salsa to the bottom of the bun and pepper jack cheese. It's easy to eat but doesn't have much of a tomato/salsa flavor. They have fried potatoes/home fries, which were crispy, hot, and cooked through for big and small chunks. It was quick to order and pick up through drive-thru.

A great spot for a pretty good burger on a whim! I recently stopped at P. Terry's for dinner with the kiddos and while the food was good - the service was a bit lacking. There were items missing from our sandwiches and charges that weren't supposed to be there, making the experience a bit off-putting for a first-time visit. Even though the issues were addressed, they could've been avoided with a little more attention to detail from the cashier. Overall, the food was pretty good! Two of us ordered burgers and the other two - chicken sandwiches (one grilled and one fried). I can't speak for the burgers, however the fried chicken sandwich I enjoyed! IT was fresh and really tasty! My kiddos enjoyed their meals as well. I didn't care for the fries - they were a bit soggy and way overcooked. The vibe was very "diner-ish" and laid out fairly well, I think. Parking is ample - it's in the front of the parking lot of the HEB along Champion Forest Drive & the Grand Parkway/99 in Spring - making it easily accessible as well. All in all - we'd visit again!

I love P. Terry's! Gone are the days to drive to Austin for a good burger We visited the Spring location and love how open and spacious it is inside and out! The red columns are iconic!! We ordered the veggie burger and a signature P. Terry's double cheeseburger with a vanilla milkshake and an Arnold Palmer. can't forget their fries! Their fries are addicting and so is the Arnold Palmer! Let me tell you, it was all so good. I'm like a little kid on Christmas when it comes to burgers, truly. From unwrapping of the burgers! What a fluffy soft, bun that is sturdy and doesn't break on you! It held everything together so perfectly. Their sauce was good but I was left wanting more sauce so next time I'll be asking for more special sauce on my burger. This spot is just so satisfying when you're craving a burger (even for breakfast ;) they have a breakfast menu available until 11am daily). The patty could have been more seasoned for me however it all came together so nicely probably because I was SO hungry. This joint is so nostalgic. Head over to grab your burger RIGHT NOW!!!! Don't forget your Arnold Palmer ‍

I'm so happy P Terry's has made to Houston. I think the way they are designed is fun. Real basic restaurant with a no frills menu. The service is pretty quick, which is good because they stay pretty busy. I'm a big fan of their veggie burger, definitely not some generic frozen patty. I hope they'll be expanding more into Houston.

Now I'm grateful this location has finally opened after seemed like months and months of being behind, but I'm also not sure they were ready for the really big open that they were expecting. Every staff never seemed overwhelmed. Food was on point as is any location I've been too.

I went through the drive-through to place an order for a breakfast sandwich and breakfast hash. I was the only car in line so I will receive my order fairly quick. I ordered a spicy egg burger with sausage pepper jack cheese and extra sausage with a side of hashbrowns. When I got home which is a 10 to 12 minute drive from the restaurant my sandwich was still hot and so were my hash. The has war attack salty but still edible. The egg sandwich is where it's at. I added jelly to my sandwich and it was delicious. I added the salsa and it took it up a notch. I would definitely order this again maybe not the hashbrowns but definitely the sandwich the same exact way.

At least not enjoy spending it. But with prices these days getting way out of hand what can you do. I got the rattlesnake because I saw it touted as their award winning burger. Not sure from where the award came. But this and their trash can tacos had the emblem next to it. You also get a veggie pack with your to-go burger which has chopped lettuce, pickles, raw onions and 2 slices of tomatoes. That's nice so you don't have to put on the required latex gloves to use their veggie bar to get these yourselves. It's in a separate bag. I thought this was the buger at first and was secretly getting a bit concerned when I saw the cook toss it onto the counter like a bean bag. The cashier was super nice. He offered me water as I waited. They had another guy working in the back cooking the food. You also get a thimble of ketchup in your Togo bag along with a packet of mustard and mayo. The bun was a little burnt. And I couldn't taste any of the mixed in jalapeños. Also I kinda wish they had whole lettuce rather than chopped just because it kept falling out of the burger. But other than these issues the burger was pretty tasty. Definitely not a McDonald's burger like one person posted. But also not the best burger ever as many other posters swear by. Definitely glad I went. But don't know if I'd be willing to spend another $20 on one of their Burgers either. They're closed on Sundays according to Google maps which is old school nice to see.

A quick Google search brought this place up first with 4.9 stars, which is practically unheard of these days, so we decided to try it. Wow. What a meal. We started with the onion ring basket and a half order of beer bread. The onion rings were fantastic--huge, thick-cut rings with a wonderfully seasoned batter that actually had flavor instead of tasting flat or bland. Served piping hot, which matters to me because I like my food HOT. The ranch dressing was a great addition, too. The beer bread was decent. You could definitely taste the beer, but it wasn't the best loaf I've ever had. Mom, Mark, and I all ordered the grilled ribeye steak sandwich. I'm the only one who got it as designed on the menu. I originally expected more of a slab-of-steak sandwich, but it was actually closer to a Philly cheesesteak style sandwich, which honestly I prefer. Mom and Mark skipped the peppers, onions, garlic aioli, and pepper jack cheese in favor of lettuce, tomato, and mayo instead. Our waiter, Evan, was wonderful! He was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and clearly proud of the restaurant. He even offered to tell us the history of the building and restaurant, which added so much to the experience. The story is also printed on the back of the menu, and it's definitely worth reading. Evan mentioned he's only been there a few months, but he is absolutely an asset to the restaurant as a server. My brother Mark is blind and autistic, and it's honestly not often a server addresses him directly. They usually look to mom or me and ask, "What does he want?," but Evan asked Mark directly. Kudos to him. We had to finish the meal with the historical whiskey chocolate cake, and I'm glad we did. It's served warm with whipped cream on the side, caramel sauce drizzled across the plate, and pecans on top. Absolutely delicious and huge! There were four of us who shared it, and it was more than enough for each of us. Also worth mentioning: the sweet potato fries are an extra $4 but absolutely worth it. These are NOT frozen Ore-Ida fries dumped from a bag. They're clearly fresh cut and homemade, and they were delicious. For nearly two o'clock in the afternoon, the place was packed--at least three-quarters full--and the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly. I live in Katy, so Old Town Spring is definitely not nearby for me, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area or just passing through. It's easy to see why people love it.
