Good burger joint. Sat outside in patio on a nice day. Kinda like In-and-out. Great music, too read more

One of the best burgers I've had and the best customer service on top that. The managers are the best and I highly recommend this place to all burger lovers out there!! read more

We came on a Tuesday night around 9:30pm with a large group. It was very crowded inside and at the drive thru. They had the service very quick and efficient even amidst the crowd. The food I was not so impressed by. The fries were a bit limp and soggy. The burger was a little on the plain side. Some in our party got milkshakes and did say they were good and thick. Overall I considered it to be just ok. read more

Food was amazing!! Very great service. The atmosphere was great not too loud a ir quite, it was just right. Awesome job!!

I really enjoyed the burger.. meat was a cut above most and the veggies were all super fresh. Fries were good and fresh.

Amazing Burgers and hottest fries! Service fast and courteous. Clean inside and out. Dessert menu is good. Shakes thick and very tasty. It's now a regular go-to. read more

Food is flavorful. Service is on point. Great atmosphere. Would recommend to anybody who is not to upidty. Some of these low star reviews are ridiculous some people can not be pleased. read more

Really good burgers and fries plus great service. I would definitely come back again.

Let me start with the good. The atmosphere is really neat. I have always loved the idea of old school diners and this one checks that box. The service was fine, they were kind and willing serve. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Now the negative. That chicken sandwich, in my opinion, was nothing short of a frozen Sam's club patty that I cook for my children all the time. The fries are the best thing and were really good until I found a small blue item that felt like rubber in the middle of the bag. Just to let them know in case there was some in other peoples food I brought it to a young lady up front and she responded with. "Oh, that is just a piece of the rubber gloves we wear. Sometimes when we twist the bag of fries the gloves rip." I shrugged ‍ and said no problem I just wanted to let you know. To be honest it kind of grossed me out but I finished the rest of my meal. I will definitely give P Terrys another chance as I have heard good things about their burgers. And people friends of ours love them. I do not hold the glove thing against them I just felt it was handled in a strange way. I may change this later once I find a better menu item but that chicken is no good read more

Great lunch today at P. Terry's location on Champion Forest Drive in Spring, Texas. Loved the Banana Bread for dessert! Food is always fresh and tasty. Speedy service from friendly staff. read more

I like P Terry's burgers, but it stops there. More than half the time the order is wrong. You order the burger a certain way. You get it and it is totally wrong. The drive thru is backed up so you don't have to time to check your order. Your quality control is terrible. Even the fast food places get your order correct 75% of the time. Your average is less than 50%. I haven given you the new opening mistakes. It's time you get it right. It's a shame you have a good product and poor service and quality control. This sounds like a training issue to me. read more

Good food. Nice people. Really enjoyed everything. Will be back again for the family. Cheers

Customer Service. I went through the drive-thru to order. I asked for no cheese and lettuce wrap. The burger had cheese on it so I went back through drive thru and explained that I had ordered it with no cheese.(it said No cheese on the receipt) I was told they could not fix it at the drive thru and I would have to park and go inside. All they needed to do was remake it. If it is that big deal to correct an order it wasn't worth it. I won't be going back. read more

Ordered DoorDash tonight to try P.Terry's. I got my order and was so excited to try the Spicy chicken burger. First bite was delicious! Second bite was what threw me off I bit in and bit through something that wouldn't rip. Upon opening up the burger it looked to be a wax paper square. Possibly one that divides the cheese. I was thankful it wasn't something gross but I was bummed that this was my first experience with P.Terrys. read more

Their breakfast and service are awe inspiring!!!! The bacon was crispy, the sandwich was cheesy and soooo good. The breakfast potatoes are memorable! This place is epic. read more

Hot even though my husband had a 10 minute drive home. Tasted great and priced lower than competitors with tasteless food.

Food was delicious. Prices more than fair. Restaurant was very clean. Music was very good. Loved it!

So happy to have P. Terry's in Houston now! I ordered the #2 cheeseburger with extra sauce. The fries have always been my favorite since they're skinny and natural cut. They were crispy and had a good amount of salt. Everything tasted just like it does back in Austin. Will definitely recommend and come back soon! read more

Everything is great, thank you! Definetly recommend Food, Service and All Ambiance is absolutely amazing and superb! read more

Love this place! It was like In-N-Out Burger with better fries and less friendly service. Burgers are great and very much. Remind me of In-N-Out experience. You will need to add onions and pickles if you like those on your burger, but otherwise, everything was very similar to the (non-animal style) In-N-Out burger experience. Very excited this is a local option now. read more

We have been here multiple times before but tonight's experience was not a good one. We went through the drive thru, we got to the window after ordering, and were waiting a good 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. During this time, all the workers were standing around inside talking and laughing, you could hear them through the glass. Then they inform us the Dr Pepper was down and would be back up shortly, we receive one drink and our order, and the lady at the window starts making a joke about our order number being 67. While another man hands us the other drink and says have a good night while all the other employees are laughing I understand it's a Friday night and they're having fun, but there is still a level of professionalism that wasn't there at all tonight. read more

Really fresh, yummy fast food and so affordable too. Love the ambiance and the late-night hours.

Good burgers -- better than McD's or Burger King, on par with Freddie's, DQ, or Smash Burger. The fries are really good! Quick service even though it was crowded, and just a neat atmosphere. We will definitely be eating here again. read more

The food just tastes refreshing and the service has been good every time I've been, and the building has a great environment!

Over hyped and overrated. Burger has no flavor, like eating a lettuce burger because that's all I could taste. my sweet tea was not sweet. Nothing special about the food read more

I'll start with the fries and lemonade were delicious, everything else was mediocre to say the least. I get it it's semi new so they're still working out the kinks but, i ordered in the app at 7:20, it said my order would be ready by 7:36 so i showed up around then, my drinks (lemonade and shakes) were ready but not my food. by 8:00 i still hadn't got my food but had ordered another burger and fries in person and had already gotten that food. When i went to ask someone for an ETA (wasn't complaining or rude, just wanted to know how much longer) i was told by the cashier that she had already gotten bitched at and so she wasn't able to help. I've never been told that before, so i just stepped back and waited a little longer. the (i'm assuming manager) was yelling at everyone and really not helping the situation. I finally got my food at 8:15. Seems as though they prioritize walk in's and drive through over mobile orders. Manger i think needs to work on his management skills, the staff shouldn't be so scared of you they're telling customers they got bitched at already and can't help us while you're yelling at the rest of the staff how to do their job. i wanna give them benefit of the doubt and try them again as my parents love this place and maybe they were just slammed. read more

amazing food at an unbelievably good price. I eat here too often. at least once a week.

What do yall have against salt? It's an honest question. I swear the fries are about as flavorful as the dirt they are grown on. Other than that burgers are Alrite. People get 5 star. For the love of sweet baby Jesus, add some damn flavor to the fries. read more

Great burgers and fries but Frequently missing items in order. Happened again tonight.

The service was ok atmosphere was really nice ... the food is DISAPPOINTING it was very mediocre. The chicken nuggets were not eating fries are on and the burger is just very plain with no flavor. I don't recommend and won't come back. I thought you took a picture of it. read more

The burgers were fresh just like a homemade burger. The employees were friendly and attentive as we walked in. The vibe is that of a "70s burger joint" . Definitely recommend! read more

We were immediately greeted, the service was super fast, and the food was very high quality especially considering it's fast food! The architecture and cleanliness was also spot on. When they forgot to give me a banana bread slice, the worker apologized and even gave me an extra. Loved it so much I might have to buy a whole loaf next time I go. read more

For the price it can't be beat! I was very impressed. Hope they keep up the high quality!
