This is easily one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around. The food quality is consistently excellent, and the sandwiches always taste noticeably fresher compared to other locations. Even the exterior of the building has a more upscale, well-maintained feel. The service truly stands out, everyone is fast, friendly, and genuinely respectful, making the whole experience better every time.

Disappointed to find Dirt on my lettuce I understand Lettuce grows in the ground but can we please do our best to wash before serving to customers?

Friendly service, BUT 1. They forgot the ice cream and we had to ask for her to go back and get it, 2. Ordered a medium lemonade and paid $2.69 for it - but the cup was more than 2/3 ice with very little lemonade! If you want a drink, ask for light or no ice or you won't have much to sip on!

This place is dirty and smelly. Needs attention housekeeping. Service was good but the ambiance was unsettling

I hate to do this to one of my favorite places to go eat, but it's mandatory because I think negative criticism is a good way for learning experiences. So let's start out with we placed an order for pickup curbside. Two milkshakes, chocolate and strawberry, no whip cream, no cherry.. my husband ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich I ordered chick-fil-A grilled sandwich with four piece chicken fingers . Sauces of course that's why you go to Chick-fil-A for the sauces. We get to Chick-fil-A. Yes, it does look busy. We park at parking spot ONE. We're waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. Then we see people coming in after us and receiving their food and leaving so we check the app to make sure we're at the right address... we are ;) so we continue to wait a little bit longer half an hour goes by so my husband decide to call up the store to make sure that our order actually went through. It's been 30 minutes. My husband calls speak with the manager and he says ..yeah somebody's coming out right now. I'm sorry what parking spot are you at? I'll come out to meet you. Kid comes hands is the food. We wait for another 15 minutes for the manager to come out. Nobody comes out ... so we decided to leave the food was getting cold. As we're driving away, I check inside the bag no sauce like seriously no sauce. !!!!It literally says it on the label all the sauces that we wanted it. we come back and speak with Tatiana. She was very nice and she said what spot are you in? We will come out with the sauces. Well, at this point we had to drive back we were heading home ... so now It's been 45 minutes sitting in Chick-fil-a kid comes out with our sauces , Tatiana throws a cookie in the bag ...Thank you !!!! we get home I got a dip into my shake- Both had whip cream and cherry. That I didn't ask for and one was strawberry and other one was you guessed it cookies and cream. They didn't even give me the right milkshake.- call Bank Tatiana and she said she was going to put points on my account so I can get my milkshake and Guess what SHE NEVER DID!!!!!!!seriously absolutely horrible, disappointed and upset!!!!

As always excellent. Great service as always . We come here 5-6 times a month . Best service of any Chi-fil-A In the Houston and Greater Houston area . They were sampling their new strawberry hibiscus drink . Whataburger has the same drink but don't even mention it available ( very poor marketing ). You guys not only sampled but Xavier came by and asked how we liked the new drink. Young man is a winner . This store is best in class in my opinion . read more

Drive thru here is always packed which means they doing something right. Noticed on a packed night they will offer extra points for picking up in drive thru on the app. Whether I get food or not, I love getting a cone. I just love their ice cream. read more

When you order a Spicy Chicken Delux and get this sadness in a bag - featuring someone's faded and long forgotten memory of pickles, and nothing else. I remember better days, alas. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever experienced. This location is full of kids always playing around, flirting with each other or talking at the window; not worrying about getting food to customers. They consistently forget items and the last time I ordered through the drive through I was so upset. I waited on a salad for 15 minutes. I ordered through door dash last night and they still forgot my dressing for the salad and a free sandwich which was an offer through door dash and that was important because that was all my child wanted for dinner. I tried to submit this feedback on their website but it keeps freezing. Love the food, but not this location. read more

Ordered my food at 8:11 I'm JUST NOW pulling out of the drive thru at 8:30! I've never in my life had to wait this long at a chickfila. I'm pissed because obviously the first lane is stuck so there's no getting out of line. Who ever was working the right lane this morning at 9:15ish was very rude we simply asked if we were allowed to order a lunch sandwich to which she said yes however the proceeded to not let us and make sure we know we are ailing her! I ordered 2 8 count meals and 1 spicy chicken sandwich and got 2 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 8 count which sucks because I also asked about a frosted powerade my brother told me about and was super excited then was laughed at when asked about it like I was stupid by an employee. While it was close to close and I hate being that person because I too am in the service industry I don't ever laugh at a customer for asking about something. Then to add onto it our order was wrong. honestly, the girl in the right lane, this morning, saturday and around 10am. 11/15/2025 was so rude! I asked to order lunch and she told us we could but thered be a wait, so i proceed to try and order a chicken sandwhich and she starts telling me"oh thats gonna be a really long wait, thats actually is gonna take the longest"(with attitude) so i say okay im gonna scoot up and look at the menu and she goes "well all its gonna show you is breakfast" talking to me like im stupid! Kinda ridiculous and i just drove out the drive thru lime after waiting 10 mins just to order! Womt be coming back to this chick fil a forsure! read more

1-Star rating for 1-Star effort. No military discounts. Other locations have at the very least offer free drink. Not this place. Not sure what is going on with inflation but the chicken nuggets were the size of actual quarters. Had to buy again to feel some sort of stomach fulfillment. I'll give another star for the service of one employee who was very attentive. Last time I visit this place as the other location by 3635 Cypress Creek Pkwy does 50% off military and first responders. read more

It's an okay location my one problem is Mike Magdaleno man sends me "little treats on us" or "rewards" 4x a month and they are always free delivery, for the past 3 months he has done this and it's annoying and I wish I could block those rewards I pray he sees this too read more

I'm usually not one to complain, but when you pay $12 for a meal, It's extremely frustrating when I get home and I have two wraps the size of one. I get this wrap all the time and it has never looked this small. Not to mention my fry's were hard as a rock. I understand it's a busy place but there was no line at the Chic Fil A I went to. I cant really complain about it always being busy because all chick fil a's are always busy but they are very slow. you could do pickup,drive thru,or order inside and it will take forever which i do understand mostly but 30 minutes??? i would go here again ive never gotten any bad food from here and they are very generous with the sauces! read more

First time to this location. Peak lunch time but it didn't seem overly crowded. I dined inside but even the drive-thru line didn't seem that long. The food was as expected and the staff was very friendly. I'll be back to this location for sure. Bottom line: It's Chick-fil-A. Why are you reading this? This is by far the worst chick-fil-a that I have been to in a long time. Each time I have visited this location the service, food and drink fall short of what I've come to expect from this brand. Going through drive thru and dealing with smug faced employees who appear to be unhappy for whatever reason should not come cross to me as a customer. Then again maybe it's a race thing. Needless to say I will not return. I'd much rather go to a different location out of my way or a different restaurant all together. Certainly would not recommend this location. Awful drive thru service. Colby S. was great though and very friendly and approachable 5 stars for that young man. read more

I've encountered multiple different employees and they have all shared the same friendliness. Once when the weather was bad an employee even told me to be safe which I really appreciated. The food is always very fresh and very yummy. I never imagined enjoying a salad place this much. My go to order is a traditional breakfast bowl with red salsa, a cold brew with 1/2 and 1/2 and vanilla, and a chicken cobb salad with feta and ranch instead of the bleu cheese. Honorable mention to their BBQ Ranch salad because it's also really good! One thing I really love about this place is that you can get breakfast, coffee and lunch for less than $12. It's a place I could easily eat most days of the week.

The restaurant is small with only tables and maybe 4-5 seats at the small bar. We arrived about 15 minutes before our 6:45pm reservation and had to wait due to no available tables, but that was not a showstopper. The noise level was moderate throughout our stay such that one could easily carry on a conversation with table mates without having to scream. Almost all patrons were nicely dressed. Since this is a Michelin acknowledged restaurant two years in a row, we were expecting uniqueness and we were not disappointed. That said, food was very good, but I would not rate it as spectacular. The blue fin tuna tostados were delightful and hands down the best dish we had. Ceviche mixto was excellent with a just a hint of heat. I would order these two appetizer dishes again. Main courses consisted of duck 2 ways, redfish with green mole and risotto, spring cavatelli, and grilled shrimp & pork belly. All were delicious and uniquely tasty with the exception of the duck. Mind you, I really like duck and the sliced portions were excellent and perfectly seasoned and moist, but the pate-like accompaniment was not that good, plus the mole sauce was not what I was expecting. Table sides of Brussels sprouts and fried cauliflower were good but nothing special. The Eton Mess with strawberries was simply delicious. Would I go back? Maybe, but not anytime soon.
