This location is full of kids always playing around, flirting with each other or talking at the window; not worrying about getting food to customers. They consistently forget items and the last time I ordered through the drive through I was so upset. I waited on a salad for 15 minutes. I ordered through door dash last night and they still forgot my dressing for the salad and a free sandwich which was an offer through door dash and that was important because that was all my child wanted for dinner. They were sampling their new strawberry hibiscus drink . Whataburger has the same drink but don't even mention it available ( very poor marketing ). Then we see people coming in after us and receiving their food and leaving so we check the app to make sure we're at the right address... we are ;) so we continue to wait a little bit longer half an hour goes by so my husband decide to call up the store to make sure that our order actually went through. It's been 30 minutes. My husband calls speak with the manager and he says ..yeah somebody's coming out right now. I'm sorry what parking spot are you at? I'll come out to meet you. Kid comes hands is the food. We wait for another 15 minutes for the manager to come out. Nobody comes out ... so we decided to leave the food was getting cold.
