Second one I've been by this location in the last 2 weeks. 1st time was at 11:25 / service was ok. Food was barely warm. This time on Tue @ 12:45 lunch. this chick-fil-a is the worst. I went 2 times last week before work and one day after work. The first time I went, I had a reward for a white peach tea, I wouldnt have gone if I didn't have the reward but I had a little time before work started at 4 and so I went. It took literally 35 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got my drink- I couldve been late to work and on top of that they told me their system wasn't working and that I would have to pay $4 for a drink I wasn't going to go get in the first plac, but I decided to since I had the reward. I don't know what's happening at this location the last few months, for years it was almost perfect. However, our last THREE visits, something has been missing in our order. Chik-Fil-A is fast food, It's like getting stabbed in the back by your best friend while he or she gives you a back massage and tells jokes. You can't get a better chicken sandwich anywhere, and the service is always outstanding for a fast food place. Food of course is excellent but the play area needs improvement or supervised. Parents just let their older children that are not of age to play in the play area. Man I don't know if they did to be funny or not, but I didn't know how the door dash order thing works really because I usually use postmates. But in the middle of my assignment (college student) i'm running on espresso fumes and hatred so I order a spicy chicken with extra pickles (x4 because i don't know what i'm doing). When I tell you the bottom of the bun was COMPLETELY covered in pickles, it hit me right in the cravings. Like I want to high five whoever put this sandwich together because usually when I ask for "extra pickles" somewhere they give you like one or two extra. AND my food got here in the fastest I have ever ordered delivery. The food was still HOT when it got here. Probably the nicest Chik-fil-a employees I've ever met. Excellent service from when you place your order to when you walk out the door. We decided to dine in cause the 2 drive thru lines wrapped around to the front. I find that this is the norm at all locations at noon. I usually don't dine in, but the last time I did (at the Atascocita location), I still had to pick up my order at the counter. At this 2920 location, they get your name, give you a red marker, and deliver your meal to you. I ordered my usual cobb salad cause I love the crispy bell peppers, and my sis ordered the original chicken sandwich with waffle fries. There wasn't a line when we walked in, but after, the lines filled up quickly. Our food was delivered to us in about 10 minutes. There's a lovely lady employee who walks around the dining area picking up your tray and making sure you're satisfied with the food. The booth seats need some new upholstery, but it doesn't take away from the memorable experience. They also have some family events and discount on food for active military in May! read more

Today April 14, 2017 I ordered a few salads and some chicken nuggets, the service was the worst; I don't even think they train here.... it seems they higher high school delinquents who can't understand a few words a customer asks, for instance "make sure no bacon" , "no pickles" , and also "extra sauces" and even "some silverware" (can you believe if you order a salad they don't give you silverware??). This morning I order through the drive-thur and my order was messed up. I asked for a #6 sausage, with no egg and no cheese, and orange juice. The lady asked me do i want to make it a meal and i said yes. When she repeated back the order she said the Biscuit and i corrected her and said no I want the Muffin (WHICH IS THE #6 Meal). My total came up to $5.28 but i received no hashbrown. Now if im not mistaken the meal including the orange juice total is $5.68 including tax. This Chick-fil-a has to have the most friendliest, professional, and amazing staff. I always feel welcome coming for dine in and the food is always hot. This is a great casual place to meet up with friends and catch up. For breakfast I love a chick-fil-a chicken biscuit or an egg white delight. Problem is that I was given my minis at the window then told to wait out front 10 minutes so they may bring my sandwich. I never get such great service at any other fast food chain. I fell in love with the chicken and now, the SPICY chicken sandwich. I can not wait for the spicy nuggets to come out. I do not eat fast food as much but when I do, I love to get some Chick-fil-a. Another good note, they have great coffee. Try it, it is really good. I like how they have everything that you need all in one area. They even have the good creamer (with vanilla or hazelnut flavors). I like to mix one of each for a great taste. They're always busy this time of year, and they're so organized and quick and can still put a smile on their face. There's always a lady, around her mid years, who is PHENOMENAL. Not sure what her position is but she's always on the floor cleaning tables AND ASKS US IF SHE CAN GET US A REFILL!! At a fast food joint!! UNREAL. She's so lovely always.
