I don't really know much about milk tea, but it's the best blended milk tea I've had. I had a few milk teas from Vietnamese restaurants and am just getting into them. Also, the bobbas here were mostly fresh and soft, not hard like old ones are. Great place to check out for sure! It's really good for dessert read more

Online says open at 11am, so I went to this establishment at 12:20pm today (03/10/26) . The door was locked and the lights were off. The schedule on the door said that it should be open. This is the second time. I waited for 5 mins or so, a door dasher showed up and another customer showed up and waited. Then we all left. They could have at least left a note on the door saying closed today. Wasted gas and a portion of my lunch break. read more

Ok I quit, went back a couple more times, no tapioca. I don't recommend it. And the other pearls they offer hurt your stomach and don't go well with the bubble tea. No consistency at all. read more

This is a cute little bubble tea place in South Elgin that I had a chance to stop by today! This spot seems like a nice place to hang out with friends. Drinks are not exactly the cheapest, especially if you will get boba added, but I thought the milk tea tasted fine. Service was nice and friendly! I like how I'm able to adjust the sweetness and the level of ice. read more

Brew 'N Bubble - Milk Tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Elgin, Illinois

Stopped by here as I was in the area and was looking for coffee shops first. Looking for coffee shops Brew N Bubble popped up and I thought it was cool they had Bubble Tea as well. This is located in the same parking lot as Walmart/Sams Club. After going in, the inside was a definitely a spot I can see those who want to take pictures would enjoy. Like many other Bubble Tea spots the setup can provide some good photos for people. Going in I wanted a coffee but ended up getting the Dragonfruit Fruit Tea with Mango Popping Boba and Rainbow Jelly. Loved everything about it. Noticed they also serve Caribou Coffee and have various other drinks as well. When I went it was only one girl working around 1:45ish on a Tuesday and it was getting busy. She did a great job getting the orders done and constantly still having a smile. One of the better bubble tea spots in the area in my opinion. I will definitely be back!!!!! read more

Amazing bubble tea place! The atmosphere was so cute, very quiet and chill. The boba was great! I got a brown sugar bubble tea with tapioca. The front receptionist was so sweet and explained to me the difference between the shaken and blended tea. The cups are even shaped like little bears! So cute. The tea tastes great, has a hint of a coffee taste, and the perfect amount of sweetness. Tapioca was cooked perfect read more

So this shop just opened last Friday so we had to check it out. First of all, the decor is really cool! It has a really nice atmosphere with really well lit neutral colors. Second, considering it's Halloween today, they have some cool decor for the day. Third, the menu is really cool! The shop offers Caribou Coffee, which is great to have for this area. The price of it was very affordable (under $6 for a large with boba). But, I forgot to ask if that's the permanent price or if it's the grand opening price. But it doesn't even matter if the prices go up to the usual boba price, it's so good! We bought one large Hola Horchata with boba and a medium Caribou Caramel Macchiato with boba. I tasted both drinks and they were so good! I can't wait to go back. They have a ton of options and even food too! I gotta try them all! read more

Service has gone down. Went this last monday and the vibe was that the employee didn't want to be there or / us , it happened a few weeks prior with same person, but I've done this service industry , so I thought he was having a day. The brown sugar pearls had way too much liquid along with it. Not sure, probably going to look for a new place sadly read more

The worst coffee of my life. The sweeteners are horrific and taste like a tree bark. I got my fiancé an iced coffee cream and sugar and they used coffee mate creamer. 14 dollars for 2 small disgusting coffees plus the slowest service ever. I give this place 2 more months if that read more

The drinks were so good! I had the strawberry horchata with Tapioca. This place has the best tapioca it's so flavorful and added perfectly to the drink. It's a nice vibe inside also. With all the commercial coffee/drink cafe's out there smaller cafe's like Brew 'N Bubble don't get the opportunity to shine in the competitive market. My first order from Brew 'N Bubble was actually a door dash and I was pleasantly surprised! My second time trying Brew 'N Bubble my husband and I went into the cafe to check it out in person and wow was I even more surprised! The cafe itself was so inviting and beautiful! They even had a few places to take pictures for social media! The girl assisting us at the register was so nice and helpful and took our picture in one of the decorated photo areas. I had a Chai tea latte with strawberry boba and my husband had leche tea with kiwi boba. So delicious! We loved this place so much we went back the next two days! Proceed with caution if you don't like to venture out of your norm, but venturing out in this case, recommend!! read more

This is a one stop spot for drinks. Hands down to one of the best bubble Tea's and Smoothies. I ordered Lychee/Coconut with Mango pop and my daughter ordered Mocha Bubble Tea with espresso shot, both drinks were tasty and light. Great ambiance and decor. Definitely will visit again. read more

We stop friday at 9:28pm. Door was already close and employees are cleaning the place. I understand they want to go home but website and sign by the door says they close at 10:00 pm. 2 more customers came at the same time we did. If you close at 9:30 or 9 pm you should change your hrs on the website and the door. read more

walked in with my family at 8pm to the restaurant and the crew was cleaning. I asked for hot coffee or hot chocolate and they said it wasn't working. They close at 10pm my impression was they didn't want to get things dirty again. Very disappointed to go to a coffee shop that can't serve coffee. I have My own business and if a worker doesn't want to work then I let him go and find someone that can. read more

Boba was very good with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and informative. The ambiance was very pleasant.

Went here tonight and there was one girl working alone. As well as two other people waiting in line behind me. I felt so bad for the girl working alone so I didn't say anything but took over 20 min for four of us to get our drinks. The owner needs to do better! read more

I decided to give this place a second try because im a pretty opened minded individual and I love trying new things! But, to no one's surprise, this place was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! I should've known because of the horrid reviews but I neglected them and decided to see for myself. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. Do not come here. The staff is horrible, takes about 30 minutes minimum for my order to come out, just for it to be wrong. Not only is the service slow but the person helping me was truly disappointing. She handled me with the most immature and disrespectful attitude I've ever encountered. So much for customer service! Not to mention, the cleanliness of the place was seriously lacking. It was quite an eye sore. And finally, the food. It was subpar at best. The boba was very tough and the smoothies lacked flavor. It had a powdery taste and I found a hair in my drink. Don't waste your time and money here. Go to coffee haus that is just down the road. So much better! BREW N BUBBLE DO BETTER. read more

Drinks are good. But oh my the service is so slow. Like snail pace and I don't care attitude. Try smiling or making eye contact. It literally took me five minutes to correct what the very monotone server was putting in the system. Then add 20 minutes for the 2 drink with no one in front of me. I want to come back but the owner should be present to train the employees who clearly do not care about service! read more

I have since then ordered from this place via grub hub twice and got incorrect orders BOTH times. Recieved a small when I ordered a large, and second time received some other type of topping when I ordered tapioca. Threw the drink out, hated the topping they gave. read more

Waited for this bubble tea place to open up just for it to be a miss. The taste is not authentic at all, and resembles more of a watery milkshake than bubble tea. They don't even carry brown sugar milk tea...what more do I have to say. If you want real boba you'll need to drive out to Schaumburg. read more

the reviews for this place have to be either friends or family of the shop, it is not good. first of all I wouldn't even be suprised if there isn't even any tea in it. tasted completely fake like a powdery Boba diy kit you'd buy from the store. It seems almost every real review are the ones 3 and below, honestly just go to somewhere further like Schamburg if you want good boba. read more

Will not be going back. Ordered a large fruit tea/refresher with green tea and it was made with hot water. It was ALL ice and got maybe four sips. Not worth the price.
