I said I was still deciding. My parents were standing next to me and instead of asking them for their order she just walked away. Another employee told her we were trying to order. She waved her arms in the air to that employee and said "they don't want anything." Right in front of us and loud enough that we heard her. She looked annoyed and walked away. We then had to wait a few minutes while the other employees helped other costumer. Then when the lady saw another customer come in, she came out, ignored us and went to help them. I told her, "but we were here first (still need help with order)," and she said "somebody else will take your order." That's just disrespectful, unprofessional. The paletas are very good! However, it's a shame that the customer service, from this one employee, was so bad. A product being good is not enough to keep people coming back. Customer service is the greatest factor in the success of a business.
