She waved her arms in the air to that employee and said "they don't want anything." Right in front of us and loud enough that we heard her. She looked annoyed and walked away. I told her, "but we were here first (still need help with order)," and she said "somebody else will take your order." That's just disrespectful, unprofessional. The paletas are very good! However, it's a shame that the customer service, from this one employee, was so bad. A product being good is not enough to keep people coming back. Customer service is the greatest factor in the success of a business.
