The mats on the floor were really helpful for following along with the instructor, and there were baskets filled with weights and bands that we could easily grab before the class started for the workout. The room was spacious and allowed for plenty of people to be in the class. The instructor was fantastic--very helpful with the exercises. She clearly explained the correct positioning and moved around the room, demonstrating the movements to make sure we all understood. The workout itself was challenging at times, and I definitely had to take a break a few times. But the burn felt amazing, and it really got my body moving!
