They had a variety of vape pens and vape juices. I didn't see any hooka, cigarette, or similar tobacco products. I'm not interested in those, so I wasn't seeking them out. Great variety of vape and CBD products. Reasonably priced (but this is not a cheap sport to begin with). They always have sales and specials. and you can sample most before you buy. They got mods and coils and juice and oils and edi's. I'm all over the map because, being a former smoker (of which this is less expensive and non addictive for me) plus caring for ill people in my family, I have tried it all. The one reason I was determined to even write a review is mainly two things should be noted; Their customer service and knowledge of products is bar none and far superior than anywhere else I've ever been traveling from here to Tennessee. I'm not going to say anyone's name but A and D know their stuff. I am the man of a million questions, but limited money. I've tried to find a better CBD/Vape spot and haven't. Update: What I thought was a good place turned out to be not so much so. The unit I bought from them has been having issues ever since I got it. They said to "bring it back and they'll take care of me. Because unlike other shops, they back their products where other shops will tell you to contact the manufacturer" until they told me to contact the manufacturer for a problem I fixed myself with some super glue. And just today I realized that I really overpaid for the battery I got for my unit as well (by at least $15). I'm not saying this is a bad place, but man was the wool pulled over my eyes. read more

Customer service is important and I know nothing about vapes so it's nice when someone explains things to you. Def will become a repeat customer. This is a really great shop in many ways. The people who work there are friendly and I love that they have tons of options of juices and pieces to sample. Very knowledgeable owner and staff. Used to be my go to shop until I had a very bad experience that really soured me on them. I went in looking for a new vape. I asked a bunch of questions and told them what I was into. I got talked into a very expensive piece that was waaaaay more advanced that I wanted and needed. I trusted what they were pushing because they know their stuff (and I'm fairly a beginner) so I figured I would give it a go. It started having issues the second day I had it. I called and they said to come in. When I came in and explained the issues they basically said well it works now so you are fine. I also explained that it was too harsh for me, and didn't do all the things they said it did. They basically told me that it wasn't their fault I picked the wrong piece and sent me out the door. Maybe it was a bit of buyers remorse, but I really trusted their judgement on what to get. I even expressed that multiple times and they kept telling me to get the one I did. Two days after I went in I called and said I really wasn't happy with the piece. They told me the refund policy, which I had no problem with. When I calmly and politely offered some feed back (about listening to costumers needs and recommending pieces based off my user level) the owner yelled at me, got very confrontational, defensive and just rude. I had to get off the phone because he had upset me so much. It honestly made me not want to vape any more. I had no problem with their policies. All he could have said was "I'm sorry you had a bad experience, why don't you come in and see if we can make it better". Nope. Just rude comments until I was almost in tears. Thankfully I have found another shop since then. It's honestly their loss because we have bought two new pieces and a bunch of juices and coils since. I write this review because I hope they change their customer service. Overall the shop is clean and they have a great variety but I'm too hurt to come back. read more

To keep this kind of short, I bought my vaporizer at a tobacco store on Irving Park Road next to York street in Bensenville. I should have left when I got the red flags that the owner who sold me my vaporizer, did not know anything about the product and I was mislead on what to do. After a week, I got a terrible burning taste, took it back, and couldn't get answers from him or his staff. I seen Deans store and decided to stop in. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dean was extremely knowledgeable with all vaporizing technologies, went out of his way to get me back on track and what my vaporizer was capable of. The place is extremely clean, he has all the proper equipment to try all the flavors he sells, and the customer service is outstanding. Though independent shops are being replaced and sadly disapearing, finding a vast group of your favorite seceret hidden places In the Chicagoland adds fast with time. Though I have my places I frequent, i never walk out happy 100% of my visits. There are only two places that do meet that percent, that must hit the most major points on my list. The first on that list is iVape Ba in Elmhurst. Reasons I find an establishment A+. 1. A non-false family like warmth brought on by the pride of the owner to have a customer in which he can have the opportunity to share a product he chose or even self-modified and now gladly stands by. This is one shop following the sadly once prevalent good old fashion places, whos value stands where you know you are going to be taken care of. There is no lie on one end that there is a real family feel that your money is going straight to feeding their family and no big buisiness. In addition, in return you are always going to get quality, from enter, all the way down to the smile and shake of hands as you leave. Feels comfortable even if youd just like to stop in and see, or taste the full range of flavor sample vaping bar. 2. The clients are allowed and even encouraged to dig in the dough to give the shop its shape. You are as much a friend as you choose to be. Even a one time "pop-in" and comment may give an idea which is adopted. Requests, concerns, and comments are never thrown aside. If there is something you would like to see that would make it a more convenient stop, comfortable home from home, or need to vent about something you strongly disagree with and would like to see changed, each will be taken into serious consideration. The unsterstanding I have, is that the owner unlocks the doors to a brand new day,always playing with ideas of his own and that of his friendly regular never forgotten patrons. Something there might be cheapest you found and another a dollar more, but its all a steal when knowing only good deals are going to something so rare and real.
