They waited for me when I called to let them know I was down the street sitting in traffic but was trying to make it before closing time at midnight. I tried to assemble the products and I was having a hard time getting it to work. The owners son was so nice and went out of his way to help us in the parking lot even though the store was closed. Unfortunately, stuff happens and the tank wound up being faulty. After a few days of minimal communication because of my job, Khan did everything he could to reach out to me and rectified the situation. Bought a bottle of Candy King vape juice and didn't even make it out of the parking lot before determining that it was two years out of date. Worst customer service ever! First time at this store and the last time. The owner was very rude and started yelling when asking why they only accept cash. I mean it's 2017! Then he tells me there will be a $5 charge for using a credit card on each item! Makes no sense. This is all after I just spent $200 with them in cash of course. Bought $100 worth of vaping products from them less than 2 weeks ago .I've already been back to the store once because it simply just broke in pieces. No problem! I paid for the replacement parts. I go here all the time because they have drive thru and they always stock my favorite juul pod flavor. it has always been $30.00 flat for a pack, which is not horrible pricing compared to competition- however 2 days ago at just before midnight the spooky quiet guy that's usually always at the drive thru window says $34. I instantly felt like he was up to no good because he didn't ring up the item and he couldn't look at me in the eyes when he handed me 6 bucks in change, instead of the usual no change because it's always been 30 even. Then I thought whatever who knows maybe it really did go up $4 overnight and shrugged it off. Went today to get the same pods, guy rings it up, $30, cash register even says $30. the eerie man in the drive thru window stole $4 from me, 99% sure he pocketed it. I would give negative starts if I could. Worst customer service ever. They sell defective products in the wrong boxes, then wont exchange for one that works. When you ask to test a product or open a box to see it before buying, they refuse. Rude and shady as hell if you even bring up that you want an exchange. They claim they cant do exchanges on defective products without a receipt, but then openly admit they dont give out receipts. This place is the biggest scam ive ever seen. I met the owner with my GF, I believe his name was Nar or Gar, or possibly something else "so sorry, bad with names". He was very friendly and willing to answer questions and advised his thoughts on the products. I came in for the vape goods on sat night, just too look lol. I ended up buying four bottles and my GF bought a mod . His prices are awesome, online style or even better id say...Juice line up, this guy has all of it, he even had PEB's. My GF lost her shit, we have been looking for that juice for awhile now. She bought the Penguin mod in blue, she's very happy with it the Overall experience was very good, I definitely would recommend this shop to my friends. For vape liquid they have a good selection but beware of buying anything that might have defects. I actually purchased an item that popped hot liquid out and the owner tried to convince me that all vape pipes do that. I am not an idiot. He would not exchange. This shop carries a huge selection of tobacco related products such as cigarettes, cigars, hookahs and glass. I have only shopped there for their vape related products. I have now been to this shop several times after several recommendations from friends. I have even brought several people with me. This shop by far has the best selection of vape products and E-Juices I have seen in the Chicago land area. His prices for hardware and juice is better then a lot of prices I find online. The staff has been incredibly helpful in recommendations. If you need anything tobacco or vape related, you should check out this shop. Had been coming here weekly spending between $60 - $100 on Ecig vape goods for myself and friends. Also had referred many people to Khans direction, to receive what appeared to be good customer "discounts". One or two times I noticed the tax being charged was over 13%, when asking about it, was shunned off. Since coming here initially, many more vape shops had opened in the area. That quickly alerted me that he has no idea what he's talking about (nor does his staff) his prices are all at least 10% higher than almost all nearby competitors and I felt like every experience was a high pressure sale like a used car sales man would present. Within one visit to a local competitor realized I had been giving my business to the wrong establishment, and he borderline insulted me when I tried to have him match their prices. Save yourself the time, money and hassel by indulging in the now saturated retail market that exists for vaping by going elsewhere. read more
