The owner Khan has completely gone above and beyond for my situation. They waited for me when I called to let them know I was down the street sitting in traffic but was trying to make it before closing time at midnight. I tried to assemble the products and I was having a hard time getting it to work. The owners son was so nice and went out of his way to help us in the parking lot even though the store was closed. Unfortunately, stuff happens and the tank wound up being faulty. After a few days of minimal communication because of my job, Khan did everything he could to reach out to me and rectified the situation. I will definitely go out of my way to purchase from this shop again. Thank you so much! read more

They sold me the wrong coils and when I went back to exchange them they blamed it on me. And it top it all off they couldn't even figure out witch coils i need after 10 minutes of trial and error. Profoundly unqualified to be running a vape shop read more

Drive through is sooo convenient. Great service, very helpful. Thanks Hussein for the suggestion. read more

Make them take your juice out of the box and show you the best by date! Bought a bottle of Candy King vape juice and didn't even make it out of the parking lot before determining that it was two years out of date. I turned around and went back in and they refused to swap it for a bottle that was not expired but instead offered me a discount on a second bottle. This is awful customer service guys read more

Do not buy the salt bea juice its 1 year over date ‼‼ other than this I've had a great time shopping there read more

Hussain the best worker here. Quick and helps you out and gives you different options of stuff you might like.

Worst customer service ever! First time at this store and the last time. The owner was very rude and started yelling when asking why they only accept cash. I mean it's 2017! Then he tells me there will be a $5 charge for using a credit card on each item! Makes no sense. This is all after I just spent $200 with them in cash of course. I wanted to purchase more stuff but only had credit cards at this point. How about you just charge tax ?!? Sounds like some kind of scam to me. You would think they would treat you good after purchasing items. Wrong! They can careless. Sad. This place is definitely not recommended unless you want to be treated terrible and ripped off! Stay away! Never again! read more

No Limit Smoke - Worst customer service ever!! This is the owner who I am referring too! Beware stay away! Yes he struck a pose for this photo. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Villa Park, Illinois

Bought $100 worth of vaping products from them less than 2 weeks ago .I've already been back to the store once because it simply just broke in pieces. No problem! I paid for the replacement parts. Now it just stopped working completely and Raj told me he's only an employee and the owner cannot be bothered with such issues because he is sleeping! Raj simply just pointed at the sign that says ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No wonder they pay 18 year olds at 1030 at night for reviews. Because that's the only time they're going to get a good one. Will never go back. If I treated my customers like that I'd be out of business . read more

Tried to charge me double the price for a vape battery. Then went on to try to tell me the batteries would no longer be shipped to the United States after next week to attempt to make me want to purchase even more. The younger guy, Jacob, actually tried to knock a tad bit off the price but his father is just too greedy and even still with Jacob trying to help it was still over priced. Buyers beware of this place. The owner is a rip off! read more

I go here all the time because they have drive thru and they always stock my favorite juul pod flavor. it has always been $30.00 flat for a pack, which is not horrible pricing compared to competition- however 2 days ago at just before midnight the spooky quiet guy that's usually always at the drive thru window says $34. I instantly felt like he was up to no good because he didn't ring up the item and he couldn't look at me in the eyes when he handed me 6 bucks in change, instead of the usual no change because it's always been 30 even. Then I thought whatever who knows maybe it really did go up $4 overnight and shrugged it off. Went today to get the same pods, guy rings it up, $30, cash register even says $30. the eerie man in the drive thru window stole $4 from me, 99% sure he pocketed it. I know it's just a few bucks but it also put a dent in my day and my faith in humanity. read more

I absolutely ADORE this place and won't go elsewhere for my glass needs. There's a large variety of options, from cheap glass to very high quality. Not to mention, the owners and employees are down to earth, friendly, always willing to help out, impart knowledge, and work with you financially. I'm so glad for this hometown gem! read more

Ali was of great help and found us exactly what we were looking for.. great shop and friendly!

Probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing smoke shops I've been to in recent memory, and with great prices too. If I lived closer this would be my go-to spot. read more

I love this place! I mostly come here for cigarettes because they are the cheapest around. They also have a great selection of other things like vapors and all that. There's a great vibe and friendly staff. read more

Good service. Good prices. Would come again guy was really nice and helpful. They have a drive thru for cigarettes also.

My husband Andrew loved this place so much he wouldn't stop talking about it when he came home from work the other day. He asked me to write a review, I ask what to put in it and he says.. "Khan is amazing, great prices, no Cook County tax, huge selection- he's so awesome I don't even have words! Just say anything amazing you can think of because I can't lose this place now that i found it!" lol. read more

Excuse my language but fuck this place. Everything is cheap garbage that is marked up. Bought a yocan uni here, brought it home to charge, and wouldn't charge. I followed the manual and everything, even looking for help on the internet. Just a faulty product, I could send it in and get a working one hopefully, but alas this garbage ass place never hands you a receipt. Cant even return it to them and can't send it to yocan because of no receipt. Don't spend your hard earned dollars on this dump. read more

If in the area this place is definitely worth checking out. Good prices great selection friendly n helpful staff. They carry a lot of hard to find stuff for the vape pens n ecigs. When your in a hurry the drive thru is always quick and convenient. Great place! read more

-10 stars staff sucks. I called asked how much cigarettes were they tell me one price I get there after driving a half hour because I live in cook county and then charge a different price of course I pay because they are more money in cook county but I'm sure I could of found some just as cheap closer then a half hour away. Don't trust them read more

Biggest and best priced juice selection around. Cant sample bc of FDA. Mod/tank stock could be better.

Poor service and quality, avoid if you are looking for anything worth your money. If you are looking for quality ecig products go to an actual value shop. Terrible experience and will never return. Multiple places in the area with better product read more

I would give negative starts if I could. Worst customer service ever. They sell defective products in the wrong boxes, then wont exchange for one that works. When you ask to test a product or open a box to see it before buying, they refuse. Rude and shady as hell if you even bring up that you want an exchange. They claim they cant do exchanges on defective products without a receipt, but then openly admit they dont give out receipts. This place is the biggest scam ive ever seen. Might as well throw money away if you shop here. read more

I had my chance to stop by this shop and check it out. The place is very clean and looks great. I met the owner with my GF, I believe his name was Nar or Gar, or possibly something else "so sorry, bad with names". He was very friendly and willing to answer questions and advised his thoughts on the products. I came in for the vape goods on sat night, just too look lol. I ended up buying four bottles and my GF bought a mod . His prices are awesome, online style or even better id say...Juice line up, this guy has all of it, he even had PEB's. My GF lost her shit, we have been looking for that juice for awhile now. She bought the Penguin mod in blue, she's very happy with it the Overall experience was very good, I definitely would recommend this shop to my friends. OMG.....best part, they have a drive thru lol read more

Really was impressed with the customer service here. This is the first Vape shop I've visited that has prices that are very close to Internet prices. The hours of operation are better than any other store I've been to as well. 7 am - 12 am I think. Great shop. I should have written this 2 months ago, but it skipped my mind. Stop at this place if you vape. read more

Just bought a new Aspire Elite kit at a great price! I called earlier to find out if these were in stock and Khan gave me a deal over the phone, so I jumped in my car and headed there as quick as possible. Blown away! I work in the area and ran out of juice checked Yelp and saw the great reviews. Headed over and it was better than I could have ever imagined! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. Be careful when you buy any electronic items. They will not exchange even if the product is defective. For vape liquid they have a good selection but beware of buying anything that might have defects. I actually purchased an item that popped hot liquid out and the owner tried to convince me that all vape pipes do that. I am not an idiot. He would not exchange. I might well have just flushed 37.00 down the toilet. read more

This is the best Vapor Shop in DuPage! The owners are awesome. Awesome variety with the best flavors. Great Prices. Open late. They even have a drive thru!!!! read more

Avoid!!! Terrible customer service and glass pieces that look nice are very very poorly made.

I've been charged a different price for the same item on multiple occasions. The battery packs they sold me to use for vaping wouldn't last longer than a week or so. I'm done with this place. read more

This shop carries a huge selection of tobacco related products such as cigarettes, cigars, hookahs and glass. I have only shopped there for their vape related products. I have now been to this shop several times after several recommendations from friends. I have even brought several people with me. This shop by far has the best selection of vape products and E-Juices I have seen in the Chicago land area. His prices for hardware and juice is better then a lot of prices I find online. The staff has been incredibly helpful in recommendations. If you need anything tobacco or vape related, you should check out this shop. I drive almost an hour to get there because it is worth the drive for what I save. read more

Had been coming here weekly spending between $60 - $100 on Ecig vape goods for myself and friends. Also had referred many people to Khans direction, to receive what appeared to be good customer "discounts". One or two times I noticed the tax being charged was over 13%, when asking about it, was shunned off. Since coming here initially, many more vape shops had opened in the area. That quickly alerted me that he has no idea what he's talking about (nor does his staff) his prices are all at least 10% higher than almost all nearby competitors and I felt like every experience was a high pressure sale like a used car sales man would present. Within one visit to a local competitor realized I had been giving my business to the wrong establishment, and he borderline insulted me when I tried to have him match their prices. Save yourself the time, money and hassel by indulging in the now saturated retail market that exists for vaping by going elsewhere. read more
