I went in this place to buy a pen for a cartridge charged it for a whole day n it didn't work when bought the cashier didn't give me a receipt. Needed it replaced or refunded. Forgot to take it in the next day so I bought a new one. I cannot say enough good things about this shop!!!! We live in Berwyn and travel out here on a regular basis. They support local glass blowers, they have great customer service and are super knowledgable, and the one time there was a fluke and I happened to buy a scratched piece they graciously exchanged it, no questions asked. It just has such great energy. The price points are more then affordable, they cover your needs from lower end glass, to very high end glass. The couple times I've paid in cash they've given me a discount, they price matched a puffco peek for me one time, they are just friggin awesome over there. 10/10 recommend and totally worth the drive. Of all the smoke shops in Addison, I walked into this one... ...and I'm really glad I did! Bilal went out of his way to answer my 6578 questions really thoroughly with smile on his face the whole time. And while sometimes going solo into a smoke shop as a woman can be a little odd, there's also a wonderful woman (whose name I missed, sorry!) who made me feel comfortable. As far as the selection it is great! We had gone here numerous times prior to 2020, The issue we had as medical patients looking for supplies was that there was a mask required sign at the front door (which we appreciated) yet the employees were unmasked and multiple costumers entered unmasked. This makes a difference to those of us with medical issues as to where we shop now and while the pandemic is still going on we will not be returning. read more

I come in every week for kratom, asked if you had tianna supplements just on the off chance they were in stock. Had multiple bottles and was told they were $5, after which we both looked and the package literally said free samples. They were in a box covered in dust that I spotted and wouldn't even be allowed to scan to charge anything. Literally free samples and they said nope. $5 each. From a box at the bottom of a shelf that hadn't been touched in months. For someone who shops here every week. Huge bummer. I went in here the other day looking for a couple gifts for my friends. I was greeted with very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. I believe the individual who helped me was named Bilal along with two other employees who were quite helpful as well. They listened to my needs and answered all of my questions and showed me an option for each and every one of my gift recipients'. Even when I was hesitant they didn't pressure me into the sale nor did they try to sell me something that I did not need. I came back several days later to purchase the items based heavily on their recommendations as well as others. They even tossed in free chargers for everyone which just added to the overall experience. Although it was a small gesture, it really showed that they wanted to take the extra initiative to make me a happy customer. Ultimately I got 2 batteries with variable voltage control, 2 generic tanks with coil support, a starter kit from aspire, the chargers he threw in for me, and a couple liquids. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I walked out with gifts for everyone at a great price and was even given a 3 month guarantee that the products will be free of defects. With their expertise and extensive knowledge of the products, they made me comfortable in picking out the right items. I have come here a few times after for questions as well as more liquids. I also referred some of my friends here and they have had very similar experiences. I definitely recommend it. Also a side note, he's got one of the most extensive collection of flavors for liquids I have seen in a while.(both with nicotine and without). I recently purchased the Man Caves mango pineapple 50 mg juice and when I used it in my Aspire nautilus it had a really gross taste and didn't taste anything like mango or pineapple so I ended up calling to see if they can do anything about it and I ended up getting a 15% discount on any juice when I came back so I came back the next day and purchased the MR SALT-E Orange mango guava 45 mg juice and after I put it in my nautilus It had the same gross taste as the other juice i bought so i believe they either store their juice improperly or they sell expired vape juice so if anyone wants to buy vape juice here you might have the risk of getting a disgusting juice read more

The girl who "helped" me was civil at best. She could barely peel her eyes off her phone to look up at me as I approached her for help. When I asked where certain items were, she gave me a general direction.. I believe it was "those glass cases over there..." Like she couldn't be bothered with me. Only after wandering for about 5 minutes did she get off her chair behind the counter. i had purchased a generic battery for a vape pen, i brought the replacement part home, and used it one time.. when unscrewing the battery part, it completely came apart. no soldering, as a matter of fact the entire battery came out... this is obviously a poor generic imitation piece.. i was told to bring it back.. after waiting over an hour for ash to return, only to have him disrespect me after spending over $500 worth of merch from his store before.. when asked what he thought he should do about it, i replied, make it rite, change this for a working piece.. he told me i had some balls to ask for a refund on a defective pen.. he's rite i do... bigger than his, because i am an honest person, only looking for the same in return.
