This place was a good place at one time. I was a customer for years until the other day. I went in because I needed vape juice and a vape mod I got 2 days earlier shorted & they rudely told me to buy another one because they don't do exchanges after 1hr of purchase. Then I get yelled at for complaint an employee of good customer service & was asked to leave because I had a positive experience with a new employee, that's after being yelled at & belittled by the manager. The manager then started to say I'm a stalker when I was leaving. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO BE YELLED AT FOR ANYTHING. You would think a customer of 4+ years would be help instead of being isolated with nothing but a positive & polite attitude. It took everything from me not to go off at the manager. The place is getting sketchy with it's cliental. A lot of gang bangers and drug addicts go in & out too. read more

This is one of the best vape shops I've visited. Their prices seem to be in line with everyone else but I've actually seen real value out of their loyalty/rewards program. The staff makes the shop and everyone I've encountered here has been knowledgeable and friendly. Their house blends are really good and you can sample them before you buy. I've been to many vape shops. In my opinion, whether you're new to vaping or a pro, this shop will cater to you. There is a large selection of beginner mods (evod type devices) as well as hobbyist, custom, and DNA mods. They also have a good selection of rtas, rdas, and regular tanks as well.... all for the prices you would normally only find online. They do not overcharge. The batteries that I purchased here recently all pass authenticity checks as well. (New vapers beware: if the price is too low (check a site like vaporbeast for normal pricing) it is probably a clone. Clones sometimes have functionality issues that authentic devices do not. In any case, it's good to check out the shop you go to to make sure they sell authentic devices). But anyway, this place seems to have a good reward system as well. Went in to buy my first vape pen. Dont know very much but the staff was very knowledgable. Purchesed a istick and a decent tank. Also 3 bottles of juice. I would give it a 5 star but felt kinda uncomfortable with the kids at the vape bar area kinda laughing and making remarks. But I brushed it off and purchased my stuff. Omg this place is the biggest rip off. They're trying to get rich over there. Went in and kindly spent 60$ on double charger and 1 battery. While I was there the guy who I spoke to(pretty sure its the manager) told me a specific mod which is sold for 50$ in there store. So I went home and found out it was 32.99 online and I said hey Im okay with paying an extra 17$, especially if its to help out a local shop. So I went in the next day eager to buy this mod walked in and they told me it was 80$........ The same guy who told me it was 50$ after i spent 60$ on a battery and a charger(which i could have got online for 27$) told me he never said that. Terrible customer service. I walked out and went to Elixrz in aurora by Fox valley mall. Im not one to leave bad reviews but that seriously left a bad taste in my mouth. Btw the mod is an invader mini if you want to look it up. This review is 100% legit. read more

I have been in dozens of vape shops, all over Illinois. This has the most amazing selection of hardware I have seen yet. If they don't have it you probably don't need it. The menu is impressive and the layout is very welcoming. If you live nearby or are just passing through you definitely need to stop here. Don't go unless you like to be ignored in favor of absolutely no customer service skills.
