From the time my girlfriend and I entered the store until the time we left Vince and Jason treated us like long lost friends. They have their own line of cigars two of which I sampled in the store-the first was gratis-completely uncalled for but very much appreciated. Both the F1 rothschild and the maduro were light with robust flavors, an even, complete burn and wonderful smoke. We were allowed into the members only lounge and constantly entertained and made to feel at home despite a store full of other customers. A couple of hours later and after waiting 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle to come pick back for us, they offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. (not to call us a cab, but to actually take us themselves!) They do carry some well-known national brands, but they are eager to proudly offer their own hand-rolled line. They start by giving you the history of their shop and to proudly show off signed pictures of prior customers including Groucho, Milton and Tony Soprano. Too bad I don't live in Oakbrook.
