I said I don't want my money back I just want one that works!! So he had me test THREE in the store to check them and NONE of them work (also he puts back all three in the shelf that I just had my mouth on) then he tells me I have to take it home and charge it first which isn't true because I've NEVER had to do that with any other one before, but I say ok abs go to my aunts in the neighborhood and charge it for 2 hours, still nothing. So I bring it back up there and just say ok they don't work can I just exchange it for a different brand. Now the owner says no this is your third exchange in which it was still the original device I walked in with so I could no longer return or exchange it and he told me now I have to contact the company.
