The parking lot is huge making the store easy to access. Although I do have to say I noticed that the handicap ramp was quite long. The doorman did not welcome me, only asked if I med or rec and directed me to man in uniform. The security guard didn't make eye contact or say hello as he grabbed my ID and proceeded with the check in process. Overall, not a really warming start. Thankfully, that all changed as I got to the counter and was greeted by a very friendly budtender. He happily gathered my order and listed off what I was purchasing. I called ahead to see what types of incentives they have for new customers. Online it advertises a 25% off discount for new members and after calling I was informed this is applied to full priced items only, but there was a 10% stackable discount. I'm glad I mentioned it at the register because it did not automatically apply and manager's approval was needed - so if you visit on your first trip, don't forget to tell them. Overall, I think the prices were a little higher than the dispensaries around but I appreciated the extra 10%. However, we all know the deals are what drives a dispensary. what I noticed is they had about 20-30% off most products with deals on 2g carts. With those types of promotions and the fact I live nearby, I'll can definitely see myself returning.

Budtender was nice, but tell me why they have 3 people at the check in and one budtender on the actual line (he was training someone so technically two people, but the guy being trained was doing nothing). There was no one else in the dispensary, like y'all don't need that many people up front. Prices are the worst in the area and I shopped every menu in a 15 mile radius of Naperville before coming. I was originally headed to Bisa Lina, but the line there had 50 people and I didn't want to wait. Now I wish I had. Don't come here, Bisa Lina way better in terms of cost and selection. Like please go anywhere else than this place.

I've ALWAYS had the the best experiences possible - Starting with the Consistently Eloquently Welcoming and extremely kind greeting attendants, Outside - EVERY person in that position has welcomed me/us with warmth and positivity - Yes, Every person, in all these visits, all these years! My needs, as a medical-use patient, might be more focused than some - I've found the variety of products to be more than what I could possibly sample. AH! But the SALES prices are Terrific!
