Everytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and nothing but genuine people. It is also well decorated - I would hangout there and work if they allowed it. There was an incident where a drunk man came in on a Saturday evening and they handled it so discreetly. Additionally , I ended up w a defective product and I was told to email the help box. She certainly was failing, if so. I found her to be quite rude. She continued to chastise me as she rang me up. I guess in the weed business, they don't have to be nice to the customer? She made a face and said "Uh, I need your ID...?" I said "Oh, ok. You didn't ask me for it..." She said "I didn't. You were talking" So, I hear you loud and clear Curaleaf- you don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this? I'll be heading to a different dispensary for my next purchase, thank you very much.

This is what I hate about dispensaries, employees look down on every customer that walks in. Never coming back here and I am going to make sure my friends stay away too.
