I love this place. Security guys are great. Counter help was lovely. The guy that greets you when you come in- super cool. Products, ferocious. The angry dispondent young lady leaning against the wall is another story. She had that look like "I cannot believe I am working in this s--t-hole. She glared at me like I killed her puppy. Todays experience at Zenleaf was amazing. TIARA helped me out as my super friendly order filler and cashier. She was extremely helpful and personable! Michelle, I think was her name, cleared up a minor miscommunication that was MY fault, NOT the stores, and gave me a coupon for my next visit. service was great . not a long wait. bought a tiramisu teeth preroll (love that strain ) However the flower used in it was ground so effin finely.... That when I took a hit it legit got in my mouth/throat. I hate that. It kills the vibe. I said I'll just re-roll it into a new joint.... They cut the counter personnel staff down too a couple people. Very impersonal & cold atmosphere there now. ..A very nice, friendly & knowledgeable staff member named "Lea W" gave me a free sample of a new item while "Jump Around" (a goofy, very 90's hip hop song by house of pain that no one has heard in 20 years) played over their speakers. It sums up this place well in my experience. Their music station is pretty gold for nostalgia. Overall, I've had good experiences at this location. The staff are - on average - very friendly & knowledgeable. Certain staff members give tasteful recommendations & nearly all I can think of are just pleasant to engage with. read more

This was the nicest and cleanest dispensary I've ever been to! Their selection was excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have solid security and COVID measures in place for customer safety. I was helped by two great women who chatted with me about product. They have iPads as menus, which is helpful to see exactly what they have "live" so to speak. yeah, I have to agree with some on here about the reviews of zen leaf. I'm sorry but taking away personal interactikn amongst staff and customer is a huge mistake. My fiancé went in and got us some dab pens and they were COMPLETELY empty. Like not even a drop I know sometimes the stuff will fall into the coil and look less full which is understandable but this time it was empty. We called and spoke to a customer service rep that was anything but helpful, she wouldn't let me speak would only speak to him but then couldn't hear him when he was talking. I thought it would be easier to find a good local dispensary but they are definitely not all similar. I always feel like a customer here, some places have so many security protocols to them, that i feel like I'm visiting someone in jail or something. But this place is laid back and cool people that will help out with any questions. This is always the easiest place to get in and out of so even when I'm in a rush, this place is my go-to. It's well lit and tons of open space so it reminds me of an Apple or Target store. The only Con of this place is their location, specifically their parking. Their lot is right in front of their entrance so it always feels like a tight squeeze if there are more than 2/3 customers. Nothing big but just a bit of a hassle sometimes. read more

This is hands down the best Zen Leaf location near me. They always have great deals that other locations don't offer. They also have products that I have not been able to find at other locations. Another thing I love about this Zen Leaf is that the bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The customer service here is outstanding.
