Last year when my hubs quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vaping, we started visiting all of the local shops. Speaking candidly, I've been less than impressed with most of the options along the way. Things changed when we stopped at Vape N' Glass. First, it's clean. I don't mind visiting here at all and I will actually will go inside beyond just the initial visit. I'm all about the small business owner, but have often noticed a lack of care toward the customer at a lot of the local shops. Not here...these cats are really friendly and so helpful. Their knowledge and actually sharing it with us has helped save us time, money and aggravation. They don't stick their nose up in the air at you here. They understand the importance of a superior customer experience and I would say that they work hard to deliver. Selection. They've got it. From juice to glass, they've got some great options and plenty to choose from. Overall, I'm glad we found Vape N' Glass and expect that we will keep visiting regularly as I can't think of one reason that we shouldn't.

Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. All the vapes are lined up with prices next to them so I grab one that has a sign stating 19.99 rings up 29$ I was surprised and asked why if the sign says 19$ and her answer was can you read. I placed it down stated no need to be rude and that's when she verbally attacked me and stated I cursed at her which never happened. I was completely blown away at how rude she was and I'm from Chicago where rude is the language. Will never walk into that place again and no one should ever give them money. 29$ for a 20$ max vape rude and abrasive employees. Skip them and literally go anywhere else.
