Can I give them zero stars? Went to opolska for dinner figured I'd stop in for a new posh. Good grief I have never met anyone more rude than the lady working there. All the vapes are lined up with prices next to them so I grab one that has a sign stating 19.99 rings up 29$ I was surprised and asked why if the sign says 19$ and her answer was can you read. I placed it down stated no need to be rude and that's when she verbally attacked me and stated I cursed at her which never happened. I was completely blown away at how rude she was and I'm from Chicago where rude is the language. Will never walk into that place again and no one should ever give them money. 29$ for a 20$ max vape rude and abrasive employees. Skip them and literally go anywhere else. read more

Purchased a new mod and tank. 15 days later the top of the mod fell off. Warranty through the shop is only 14 days. They technically didn't do anything wrong but I would have liked a little more sympathy. Going somewhere else to get a new mod read more

I have been coming to Wise Guys in Glen Ellyn since opening and have always had great service until more recently. They guy who works there (I think his name is Ed? Has has braces- he is a newer employee) was extremely rude to me the past couple times I've been in. Once I forgot my ID which I always bring it except this one time and instead of politely telling me he can't sell me anything without one, he started interrogating me and asking me if I was buying pods for an underage friend. I have also been told by other people that I know who go to wise guys that they have had similar rude encounters with this same employee. I am very disappointed with his social skills and customer service etiquette. read more

Can you give negative stars? Upon recommendation of a few friends I visited the Wise Guys Vape in Fox River Grove today. Ruined my entire day & I will never go back. Very dismal atmosphere. Walk in and the only employee in says "what do you want" and not in the friendly "can I help you" tone either. Only three stools to sit on, employee's friend sitting on one, her coat on another and friend's mod plugged in on the counter with her car keys right in front of the third stool. No offer to assist in flavor descriptions from employee and no asking her friend to move her shit so a customer could shop. read more

I have visited the Schaumburg & Lombard locations. Next is the new one in Roselle & eventually Des Plaines, though I don't get in that area much. Anyways, the prices blow me away for a Brick & Mortar. I have noticed on quite a few of their items they have Internet-like prices & on some others they have some better than Internet-like prices. They have everything you need from hardware to e-liquids. The staff at the locations I have been to are awesome. I like the atmosphere & hanging out just trying juices & supporting my local shops. This place has now been added to my "go to" shop (I only have 2) & one of the owner's actually knows the guys from my other shop & are cool. You have to make it to a customer appreciation night when they do one, great times, good people, and foggy :) read more

10-15-15 If you go to this Vape shop ask for Alex and or Sarah. They are worth the wait and give hands down 10star customer service EVERY SINGLE time I'm there. I refuse to allow anyone else to help me after receiving such professional and amazing customer service from those two. 8-22-16 *UPDATE * Went to th shop to do my monthly "restocking" of all my 10 favorite flavors including 3 different CBD bottles, and this time I was going to buy a whole set for my friend to start Vaping and enhance my current 2 pieces... And to my surprise, Sarah wasn't there! I was told she's not with the company anymore... :-| Pisssedddd I couldn't buy anything because I only went there because of her expertise and plethora of knowledge. She built an amazing customer service relationship with me to the point where is specifically bring customers in JUST to buy off of her because she's so incredible at her job. They had a great selection of juice's and accessories, the biggest downside to all the great choices has to be the customer service. I have visited every vape shop in my local area and this has to be the worst with making you feel like they appreciate your business. I proceeded to purchase a bottle of juice, a 30ml with 6mg of nicotine, they wrote up my order and i paid. Shortly after they said they didn't have it. Instead of offering me a refund they told me to pick 12mg or 0mg. I asked to try the 12mg to see the strength, they denied me on the fact it would break the seal, there is no seal on the bottle. I understand that they don't want to waste a whole bottle for me to try it. But id say whats one bottle for one customer that would come back again and again. On top of this my friend waited ~20 min to be helped, we just sat and waited. Wont be recommending this place to my fellow vapers. read more

Knowledgeable, but the guy that rebuilt my vape today was completely rude about it, constantly complaining that it was a horrible tank and that it's the worst the company had ever done, so on so forth. I have been coming to this shop since they opened and I have nothing but good things to say about them. This shop is over an hours drive for me but I keep coming back because of the owners and employees. The juice selection is good and they are always bringing in new juice to keep it fresh.The hardware selection is good and the prices are reasonable. This a good place to come and chill and to try out juices. They have a friendly juice bar where you don't feel uncomfortable relaxing and socializing. The employees are very knowledgeable and are very helpful in assisting with questions or even building RDA's for their customers. If you need a build I highly recommend asking for Ashar or Joe. The other employees; Nick, Kyle are also great. I have several shops closer to me but I drive the extra distance because of the employees and the fellow customers. read more
