I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). Ventilation was decent, I was able to capture so many amazing photos of the staff and the birthday men! Thanks again.

Everyone needs a cigar now and then, if so this is definitely a place in the western suburbs you…read moreshould check out. Behind the very ordinary exterior resides a fantastic humidor. There selection is next to none and carries a range that should satisfy your smoking needs . Their prices are fair and much lower than most cigar stores in the area. As an example I will use la Gloria Cubana Series R # 7. This is my personal favorite. Most cigar stores charge up to $12.99 a stick. This store carries them at $8.99 a stick. If you buy them online in a box you can get that down to around $7, but you must pay shipping. So their pricing is good if you need a couple of cigars for golfing , card game or party. This is a friendly store and they also carry lighters, fuel and cigarettes. The store is several blocks west of York road on Irving Park road in Bensenville. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

It's also easy to get into and out of and inside is not cramped. As you can see from some of the pictures I added, prices are good. There is also a wide variety of products there. Some a bit out of place like knives in a display case...? But tons of small cool things so no complaints there. Now...the bad: the service there was just bad! I walked in and as I walked around, I had someone hovering around me. I don't think I give the idea that I'm going to rob something but I find this so annoying (and not the hovering around like a salesman at a used car dealer). I asked a question to the clerk behind the register and he had no idea what I was talking about, I was looking for supplies for my humidor. He was on the phone the whole time he rang me up and seemed really annoyed that I had to speak to him as he was on the phone speaking another language. He obviously didn't care because when I spoke the person on the line (yes, he had it on speaker). Said something like huh? So I got a better response from that person than the clerk! I think they know they're gonna get tons of customers so who cares about the service, people come here for the prices! I'll give it another chance but with service like this, I'll go to one of the other 5 locations across or down the street.

So he called the provided contact number, and got in contact with me while I was still in the office at work. He told me that he found my iPhone. I offered him a monetary reward for finding my iPhone and contacting me about it, but he denied my offer. I went to JJ Peppers later that evening to meet Addy and to pick up my iPhone from him. I was rather impressed on how clean the store and attached laundromat is. The store had an amazing selection of beer and alcohol. :-D I met Addy at the cashier counter and he greeted me amicably and personably. He's just an honest guy with good morals who's really friendly. I purchased a can of Starbucks Espresso from his store and collect my iPhone from him. Addy's a really cool guy! I would visit this location again for its liquor selection, store cleanliness, as well as for Addy honest and friendly personality.
