Go back into the store to show the guy and he argues with me about putting it on the charger. I explain to him that I've never in my life had to plug a vape in right after getting it. You're only choice is to persue the manufacturer who at best send you the same product and hopefully it works properly. I bought a replacement tank that apparently is known to leak through the air intake. Maybe the business was unaware or forgot but they still order it and sell it after various reports of the same issue. Thats my problem with the situation. Don't sell products that are of lesser quality as if they were good. The exchange policy is clear but dont sabotage my buying choices with crap options. Know your products and sell the best. I dont mind paying for what i want.

After my errands, I went to pick it up and the man said "for some reason it is not leaking." I asked for a refund or an exchange for a new product and he refused both, saying he could fix it. Why would I want a broken product that will only need to be fixed time and again? I said fine, if my only option is for you to fix it, then fix it. He couldn't figure out why it was leaking and just handed me the broken product out. Don't do business with these people. If you must, then use credit instead of cash so you dispute the charges if they try to sell you broken products.

You can get crazy testing all of their 170 flavors. I try almost all of them but my favorites was Tobacco Blend and Tutti Fruitti, not to mention their specialty Vanilla Frosting which was pretty good for my taste, sweet and satisfying, like getting the vanilla flavor right out the can. I got 4 bottles of juice (Tutti Fruitti, Cranberry, Tobacco Blend and Vanilla Frosting) plus got one of the H2 Claromizers, which I dint like so much because the way was design and was kind of hard to put juice in there. Anyway, I really like them, they are very knowledge and friendly, not to mention they are very cheap compared to others vapping stores around Chicago, the down side for me is that I live kind of far from where they are but is not a big deal. The other good thing they told me is that you can order online and pick up on store, which is very convenient if you are in a hurry. I really recommend them and will get back to test some more flavors. I would like to get some more flavor on their juices, but beside that every juice there taste good.

The place looks like it is family owned store where I noticed the older folks knows their customers. It really smells like tobacco inside so beware. The place is also kind of outdated, so maybe they need to update their place a bit. If you are not a smoker or you don't enjoy the smell of tobacco, then this is not a place to hangout. So of course they sell tobacco related items, different kinds of cigarettes and cigars. It's kind of small, but they do have a couple of chairs up front to hang out for a bit perhaps to smoke or to scratch off your winning lottery tickets lol! It's located within a strip mall so they have plenty of parking. Overall it's an okay place if you're around the area and when I feel lucky for a lottery win:)
