CUSTOMER SERVICE here sucks. The sales associates do not know their own product. As a person of color with cancer, it was extremely discouraging to have sales associates, ignore me while they spent 20 minutes helping a non person of color customer in the parking lot. They also helped other nonwhite customers in the store before me. That's extremely shady. It's excusable. I I was in so much pain and only wanted relief. I left the store in tears. Vape shops have been popping up like wildfires all over the place, but this is the only one I'll actually visit with a smile on my face. Last year when my hubs quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vaping, we started visiting all of the local shops. Speaking candidly, I've been less than impressed with most of the options along the way. Things changed when we stopped at Vape N' Glass. First, it's clean. I don't mind visiting here at all and I will actually will go inside beyond just the initial visit. I'm all about the small business owner, but have often noticed a lack of care toward the customer at a lot of the local shops. Not here...these cats are really friendly and so helpful. Their knowledge and actually sharing it with us has helped save us time, money and aggravation. They don't stick their nose up in the air at you here. They understand the importance of a superior customer experience and I would say that they work hard to deliver. Selection. They've got it. From juice to glass, they've got some great options and plenty to choose from. Patrick,(days), Ian (nights), Ryan, (nights and day), are all super helpful. The knowledge level is higher than the average shop. Any kind of problem with what you purchase is whole heartily dealt with to ensure your happiness. If you have a problem getting your mod to work they will fix it. Another thing that you get is a friendly person to talk to. There are plenty great regulars, like me, who are always friendly and looking to meet friendly people. They have a sign outside their door " Masks are required" but none of the employees were wearing them when I stopped in.

I met the owner for the first time and he was really nice just like the employees. Once again great prices and flavors of juice. I even bought one that I've wanted to try and was told got great reviews and I have to say he was right its delicious. read more

This place is my go to spot for Shesha. Make sure you guys take advantage of their 3 for $10 Al fakher 50 gram flavors. Staff is pretty welcoming and knowledgeable. They also offer free hookah sessions on the weekends which is nice. coals are a bit pricey but the flavors are priced pretty well. read more

This shop is horrible. Never buy any disposables from this place. Complete degenerate workers. I bought a disposable from them as I was walking out I opened it and puffed it once and made me gag. Tasted and smelled like paint. I walked in super cool with the guys explained I was in there literally 30 seconds ago and my situation with the disposable. I generously asked if they could trade it out since it Haden's even been 5 minutes once I got the vape. They completely denied even helping me get a new one. Wouldn't give me there names or number to reach the owner. That is bs how they can take ur money then tell you you have to buy another one with a 50% chance of buying another bad one! read more

Awesome shop! I received a vape recently as a gift and had never tried eliquid before. I popped in just looking for a couple of flavors to try. I was nervous about coming off as a newbie. The salesperson took the time to listen to me and had some great recommendations. He suggested a liquid that I never would have picked out myself, and I love it. Very knowledgeable about the product and super welcoming. He even encouraged me to come back with any questions about my new vape, even though it had not been purchased at that shop. This is such a dope shop! I went to RAW down the street and their glass bongs weren't great, they were way overpriced, and their card machine was down. I left and as I was driving I was this place... so happy I made a wrong turn. Vape N' Glass has a great selection of glass and the prices are reasonable. Chill vibes and awesome people work here. Never buy vape juice here. Juices that are usually considered discount brands that go for 18-22 a bottle are being sold for 30. Maybe their cbd prices aren't terrible but I wouldn't count on it. read more
