I first walked into FreE-Cigs without really knowing what I was looking for. Kevin was busy at the moment, but James, after finishing with another customer, gave his undivided attention to answer all of my questions and help me decide what I should start with. Everything I asked was met with an answer that left no doubt as to the knowledge James had about every product in the store and what would work best with how and when I would vape. I had seen videos of the many mods and I rebuildables available, and initially this is what I thought I'd walk out with. However, after great conversation with James, and some input from Kevin, I decided on the starter Evod with the Weisenheimer E-liquid and a pack of 1.8 ohm coils. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and experience at FreE-Cigs My experience was more than I could ask for. I have since been back quite a few times and the experience only grows. Kevin and James have no problems with answering any questions and radiate their passion in each customer interaction from beginners to the experienced. They also expand my own knowledge with every visit. I am still using the Evod starter kit and another similar product and have yet to take my vape to the next level, but when I do, FreE-Cigs is where I will go.

I really like vaping, but my recent experiences here make me question where I'm getting my supplies! I could have given a yelp complaint after my second visit...I didn't. I should have given a yelp complaint after my third visit...I didn't. After my fourth visit tho, I cannot hold back... I get it..it's probably more annoying to deal with a "rookie" that hasn't vaped very long vs someone who has for years. But if you want people to keep coming back to your store, trying treating them with class and respect. If we don't know which kind of coil to get for instance, instead of rolling your eyes and acting disgusted, educate me on the differences of each and let me know what it's called so when I go back the next time I don't have to go through this again! During my previous visit, me and my girlfriend walked into the store, and were looking on their chalkboard list of vape juices. Maybe a full minute went by of us looking at the flavors and the guy just says out loud with a dull expression on his face, "you guys just going to stand there?". I've been only extremely nice to these workers but any time I ask for something or say what I need to replace they act extremely annoyed that I'm in the store. The only exception is the younger guy that works there. He's always been nice and very helpful to me. I would also understand if they were busy each time I walked in and they felt overwhelmed, but each time in there I've either been the only person in the store or there's been one other person. I'm giving this place one more chance after this, and only because the store is conveniently located 2 blocks away from my house. I'm sure there are plenty of other vape stores that appreciate business more than this store does...

This place is basically the hardware store of vape shops. They have *everything* here for a great…read morenight with herbs. They have a mindbending eJuice and eCig collection. Their glasswares department is economical and they have tons of glass from top shelf names as well. The shop owner here has gone to great lengths to get every vendor of every product you could ever need. Rather than cover up for what people do with Nitrous (which can be a great ingredient in foods) I will say, don't buy it unless you have an equal amount of oxygen to mix it, and even then you best have medical monitoring equipment and a full ambulance on standby. While I myself have used in the past I do not recommend due to vitamin deficiencies that can be induced by chronic expsoure. If you want to get hopped up on anesthetics, go talk to your local hospitals anesthesia department, they often recruit healthy people to have anesthesiologists do training runs, it also is good for people with surgical phobia because you're doing a dry run without a scalpel in the room. I know this could possibly get shot down but I would rather people be educated in what they see on the shelves of the shop than buy it assuming it is totally safe and without risks. The staff members here are incredibly helpful and they know their inventory. I also got a free lighter and a vape for spending over $125 and buying glassware in the same trip so be ready to spend some bank here, they have hidden promos that trigger on certain purchase combos!
