I purchased a juice that made the inside of my mouth swell up, so I asked if they would switch out the juice and they did, which was nice. I wasn't offered a choice about which juice it was switched out for, but I was not going to be picky. However, the juice they gave me was just as horrible. It was extremely harsh, and tasted poisonous. The color of the juice that was given to me did not match the color of the juice on the manufacturer website. To make sure it was in fact the juice, I put my sister's juice in my tank with the same coil, and it has been fine since!!! I tried bringing this juice back to show them this, make them aware of the quality issue, and buy a new juice. I did not expect them to switch it out again, and I made that very clear, but I was yelled at by the older owner and told they would not give me another "free" juice. I am extremely offended, especially as a regular customer, and I will not be coming back! Do not buy their knock off, dangerous juice!!!!
