The place is laid out like a museum of smoking and vaping. Tons of floor space and tons of product. Good prices on market rate with competitors. The manager running the register had full catalog books of coils and matched things perfectly. This place acts like a hardware store. They don't rush a sale they make sure everything is correct. Will be looking at hemp products here too. There's so much stuff here that could be charged on ones charge card.

I haven't smoked in a long time and wasn't looking to spend a lot, but I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, especially the young woman who assisted me. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me find something that worked for me. I ended up purchasing some gummies and a disposable for $35 after receiving the first-time customer discount. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning. I am a med patient, but if there's a good promo going, I don't mind paying a small amount of the Rec tax. I used to shop at Enlightened in Mount Prospect on the medical side. However, since moving out of the local area- I haven't visited Enlightened in a long time. I stopped in to pick up some Rev concentrate. I placed my order online ahead of time- as I would have an Uber wait while I grab my pre-order. The dispensary inside is one of the most gorgeous in IL. The displays are colorful and sure to catch the eye. For the first time consumer, this is the place to go. The menu selection is impressive. Flower, extracts/concentrates, edibles, topicals, vapes. They also have a solid selection of merch and canna gear. They do have an ATM on site- as well as accepting debit cards. There is a small charge to use debit, so be aware of this. I entered the dispensary and headed straight for the checkout line. The place was pretty empty, MAYBE a handful of folks. A few in line checking out. I have never seen a place move so slowly in my life. I'd hate to see a busy weekend day. My Uber got tired of waiting, so it costed me money to summon another driver. The cashier was like watching paint dry. You should be able to be in and out. Instead, everything moves at a glacial pace. Offer a dedicated online pickup line. I also would love to see a bit more "pep" in the step to move people along. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of waiting with a handful of customers. Adding additional staff or registers would be extremely beneficial. As a first time visitor to that location, I did get 30% off. I truly appreciate it. The sale was very good. But I'll be honest: 10% off for medical is insulting compared to the competition. Most other dispensaries offer 15-25% off. They certainly can do better on this. I did appreciate the complimentary edible with an $80 purchase, thank you! I will certainly visit again when in the area, but as a seasoned cannabis consumer and med patient- I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit there with how long it took to get in and out. The discount would need to be better or at least on par with the competition. Great selection. Gorgeous location. A process that needs a bit of refinement so things run smoothly.

FAKE PUFF BARS!!!!…read more About 2 weeks ago I put in an order for 5 puff bars. After delays and more delays the package arrives. Inside include 2 real puff bars and 3 knock offs (I validated them online). They say Kado ( Kabo? )on the back of the puff bar and the back of the packaging. And of course since I have already purchased from this company I didn't think to double check them before opening and trying out 2 of them. I went on there website to there chat, where I was met with an employee who just didn't believe me, or care about the situation, I offer photos of the puffs, photos of the condition of the box ( all ripped and bent ). And was offered a return for the ones in there perfect packaging... in short This company is not safe. DO NOT BUY ( sorry for blurry pics )
