As someone relatively new to cigars, I appreciated the guidance and education provided by the staff. They took the time to help me understand different cigar types, leading me to discover that I enjoy the Connecticut style--a revelation I wouldn't have made without their expertise. I've visited Neumann's twice already, and each time has been a delight. The service is top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. I haven't had the chance to enjoy their comfortable lounge upstairs yet, but I'm looking forward to it. If you're a cigar aficionado or someone looking to explore the world of cigars, Neumann's Cigars & More is the place to be. You won't be disappointed!

Many of them were. But, she said "thats what my manager told me!" Unprofessional. Then when I mentioned that the vape she had sold me did not have a coil above sub ohm.
