Great selection and kind staff. But some of the workers don't have any background knowledge of vapes. I had an unpleasant experience on a Sunday looking for a salt nic vape. Ive tried many kinds over the year and still haven't found my unicorn vape yet. The staff worker at the time said there was only one salt nice vape that they carried, which was clearly not true. Many of them were. But, she said "thats what my manager told me!" Unprofessional. Then when I mentioned that the vape she had sold me did not have a coil above sub ohm. I was very willing to purchase some as you should not use sub ohm with nic salt. Again, she hurriedly brushed it off and said, "no, thats what my manager told me." I shrugged and left as it seemed clear that she had no idea what she was doing. So I took my business elsewhere that day. Overall its a nice place to shop. But I recommend knowing exactly what you're coming in for as the staff doesn't seem to know much about vapes to begin with. read more

One of the best shops of lake county. Been going to the libertyville location for a couple years now and even with the covid19 pandemic they have been so helpful. They have a great selection of glass and other accessories. I had emailed them to see how I could make a purchase and the owner Sean was so kind and helpful. I have never interacted with a more disrespectful and uncaring owner. He sold me a piece that claimed to be a potential water pipe but it is meant to be a dry pipe but when I brought it home the base of the piece had a small crack that was not visible until I put water inside of it and it started to leak everywhere. I called to explain the situation and the "part-owner" of this store said there was nothing he could do because we walked out with it and because he clarified that it wasn't "necessarily" a water pipe. It wasn't until I asked for the owners information that he told me he was a "part-owner" and that he guessed he would let me come return it for a equal priced pipe. I have been going to this location for 4 years now and have spent a large amount of money on multiple pieces at this location and never had a problem with any of the people working their or any of the glass. It's honestly been one of my favorite smoke shops I have ever found but this "part-owner" that refused to give his name will most likely result in me never going back to smokes and such. I have never heard a owner or manager be so rude over the phone to a customer, absolutely ridiculous! read more
