The company was called Tank I ended up getting the rig he said that multiple glass companies including juicy j collaborated on to make along with a quartz nail and a small dropdown. ( I was going for the best flavor, and Remington was right on the money with this one) I also got a hand blown carb cap, a large silicone mat, a large silicone container, and a water pipe for my girlfriend.

Nothing is wrong with anything in the store or the service which is fine. The problem comes with the prices as they are high. Not for what you get but for the fact that Gurnee Mills is supposed to be a discount mall and the problem is that most of the stores in the mall are regular retail stores and this cigar shop is one of them. It is OK for what it is, a place to purchase smokes, but they also do not offer anyplace to smoke within the store, like many smoking places do.

Speaking of the house blend - there's literally a lady in the lounge sitting at a roller's table! The sticks were priced reasonably, and you're allowed to sit in the lounge for free with any stick purchase. If you bring something in from the outside, I think the cutting fee is $20. I also believe it's BYOB (but can't confirm because I didn't see anyone with booze.) The one drag is they close early; 7pm most days but open until 10pm on Wednesdays as they have a live band.
