Remington (hopefully I spelled his name right) was super helpful and knowledgeable about the glass pieces in the store and helped to me achieve greater flavor with my new setup he recommended. I also got a 15% discount on some items with the bundles they have. Thanks again Remington, you deserve a raise for being nice, chill, helpful, and really knowledgable. He made sure to offer to show us any piece I was interested in (even though you can't touch them atm because of covid). He gave lots of suggestions on different pieces and gave a little explanation for each of them. There was one water pipe that the company who makes them advertises it at almost indestructible. The company was called Tank I ended up getting the rig he said that multiple glass companies including juicy j collaborated on to make along with a quartz nail and a small dropdown. ( I was going for the best flavor, and Remington was right on the money with this one) I also got a hand blown carb cap, a large silicone mat, a large silicone container, and a water pipe for my girlfriend. read more

Came in to get nag champa incense. They had 2 sizes, small and large, and the larger one was marked $2.50. They were all out of the large boxes so I decided to go with the small, but the price wasn't marked. So what does the guy do? Charge me $2.50. How does that make sense? I tried to show him how, logically, it made no sense to charge me the same price for half the product, but he refused to listen. I know we're talking about $2 here, but the point is that I don't appreciate the way they do business. Otherwise, the selection of products isn't too shabby. read more

Needs a sign outside saying, "Over 25, Enter at your own RISK!" After clearing the counter of the friends of the clerk, I was able to attempt to buy coils. Was offered by a previous cashier to "prime " my coil. Upon discovery that he was supposed to inform me to wait 5 minutes to draw, as the coil needs to absorb the juice, the 4-5 days it lasted should have not surprised me. Don't need to have to smell marijuana smoke when I goto make a purchase. If this is your idea of a pleasant experience, by all means this is the Dope Spot 4 u. The only relief from that odor was the 2 Mexicans behind the counter with hot mole' breath. No thanks... Another future failing business. Too many other options, Amazon, other vape shops, etc... Perhaps they receive a gov't grant from having stoners gawk at the 500$ glass water pipes. I know they won't be receiving another dime from me!!! read more

Honestly one of my favorite smoke shops around! Animal friendly and a great selection for the price! Their staff is also on point. I purchased a whole vaping kit and it wasnt really working out, but they took her time to help me find the solution to my problem and now it's working even better then expected! Best place to buy. Other shops are way over priced! Rem, Joy, and Sean are hands down the best workers in those shops. Unfortunately I can't say the same about some of the others. Awesome little spot in Gurnee off Grand. Was looking for Kratom and although it is a bit overpriced, they do have a Rewards system you can sign up for with just your name/phone number. Slightly limited selection but the young woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful with my purchase.
