Really nice employees, really good prices, and they have a cat!!!!! there are lots of selections too which is nice rather than just picking what the manager or the employees want to sell! they really do care for their customers! last but not least i LOVE their reward system!! You literally get rewards just for shoppping with them!!! it's awesome xD read more

the only reason is the lady with pink hair. she was treating me like I was her kid in the way she was yelling at me. And when I was giving back the item she made a comment to me like I was going to steal the item when I was giving it back because the fact is I am not going to buy from a store that is going to treat me like that. Also when I said bye have a nice day she just would not stop her mouth. Then she told me that I was walking aggressive to her when she would not just take good bye have a nice day. there is other shops in the area. And they are cheaper then that place. read more

Remington (hopefully I spelled his name right) was super helpful and knowledgeable about the glass pieces in the store and helped to me achieve greater flavor with my new setup he recommended. I also got a 15% discount on some items with the bundles they have. Thanks again Remington, you deserve a raise for being nice, chill, helpful, and really knowledgable. He made sure to offer to show us any piece I was interested in (even though you can't touch them atm because of covid). He gave lots of suggestions on different pieces and gave a little explanation for each of them. There was one water pipe that the company who makes them advertises it at almost indestructible. The company was called Tank I ended up getting the rig he said that multiple glass companies including juicy j collaborated on to make along with a quartz nail and a small dropdown. ( I was going for the best flavor, and Remington was right on the money with this one) I also got a hand blown carb cap, a large silicone mat, a large silicone container, and a water pipe for my girlfriend. read more

I went to the Round Lake Beach store and was wondering about kratom for pain because I'd never tried it before.... I was given really amazing feed back and was also educated about the different strains of Kratom and the benefits of the plant. Meg helped me find the perfect product!!! she was super friendly and extremely useful when helping me choose the products that were right for me! Quite honestly Smokes n such gets 5 stars every time from me!!!! read more

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, always puts me in a good mood every single time I go there, wouldn't go anywhere where else!

Came in to get nag champa incense. They had 2 sizes, small and large, and the larger one was marked $2.50. They were all out of the large boxes so I decided to go with the small, but the price wasn't marked. So what does the guy do? Charge me $2.50. How does that make sense? I tried to show him how, logically, it made no sense to charge me the same price for half the product, but he refused to listen. I know we're talking about $2 here, but the point is that I don't appreciate the way they do business. Otherwise, the selection of products isn't too shabby. read more

Honestly one of my favorite smoke shops around! Animal friendly and a great selection for the price! Their staff is also on point. I purchased a whole vaping kit and it wasnt really working out, but they took her time to help me find the solution to my problem and now it's working even better then expected! I've spent so much money and both the locations they have and am yet to regret any of it. Highly recommend this store for your basic smoking needs plus more. You never know what your gonna find when you go! read more

Smokes & Such - Kanger aerotank and Ego VV3 mega battery. Great combination for under $60 - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Gurnee, Illinois

Needs a sign outside saying, "Over 25, Enter at your own RISK!" After clearing the counter of the friends of the clerk, I was able to attempt to buy coils. Was offered by a previous cashier to "prime " my coil. Upon discovery that he was supposed to inform me to wait 5 minutes to draw, as the coil needs to absorb the juice, the 4-5 days it lasted should have not surprised me. Don't need to have to smell marijuana smoke when I goto make a purchase. If this is your idea of a pleasant experience, by all means this is the Dope Spot 4 u. The only relief from that odor was the 2 Mexicans behind the counter with hot mole' breath. No thanks... Another future failing business. Too many other options, Amazon, other vape shops, etc... Perhaps they receive a gov't grant from having stoners gawk at the 500$ glass water pipes. I know they won't be receiving another dime from me!!! read more

This shop has some of the most knowledgeable people around for vape products, and have always helped my disabled relative find the right product. Never a hint of attitude from any employee, and they always want to make sure they sell the right product for YOU. They always stand by their merchandise, and have the stuff you didn't even know you needed. Extra parts, etc. Highly recommended. Best in Lake County. read more

The Hispanic guy had attitude when I asked questions regarding the different types of vapes they had, he was impatient and seemed miserable with his job. He should look into another line of business since customer service isn't it for him. read more

You know, I used to really like this places. Low prices, good selection, friendly staff.. They even had a cat! Can't beat that. But recently, they've raised their prices and they've hired some new staff that are pretty awful. Poor customer service and pretty inconsiderate to the customers. Didn't give me warm fuzzies. Will probably avoid them for friendlier head shops. read more

Very reasonable prices ,bad ass staff, and the store is pet friendly.Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the amount of selection that's available. Definitely a great place to go to get any of your tobacco hookah and other needs. read more

I called them and my phone volume happened to be on low. I called them back and the guy literally cussed me out saying "I don't want your s***" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. read more

This place is awesome!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and prices are awesome on everything they have in stock.

Best place to buy. Other shops are way over priced! Rem, Joy, and Sean are hands down the best workers in those shops. Unfortunately I can't say the same about some of the others. Every other employee I come across is always trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store and claims to know EVERYTHING about it. Let alone I can't walk into the store without the VERY short hispanic man blowing "clouds bro" in my face. Not a bad store by any means, just find some more knowledgeable employees like the 3 I've stated above. Keep it up guys! read more

Awesome little spot in Gurnee off Grand. Was looking for Kratom and although it is a bit overpriced, they do have a Rewards system you can sign up for with just your name/phone number. Slightly limited selection but the young woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful with my purchase. Extra points for the super chill kitty cat that was perched near the register as well, didn't mind a little attention from the customers! Will be back for sure. : D read more

Don't ever buy vape cigarettes here!! I bought a vape cigarette here for almost $80 and found out that the one i got was kinda the generic version although it works well. But if u guys are looking to purchase a vape cigarette, go to the real vape stores and they only cost around $25-$60 depending on what king of battery u prefer. Anyway, they dont do returns so i had to keep my generic version. I could've gotten a really good vape cigarette for that $80 i wasted in this bogus store read more

Horrible prices a rude guy in there busy to the point I left was gonna buy a 200 $ piece couldn't get any help. Way over priced found a better place read more

I went in Smokes last weekend to buy a e-cig, and was impressed with the knowledge and customer service of the young lady behind the counter. She talked with me about what I wanted, my budget, helped me sort through the extensive line of liquids. She showed me how to use it and even filled my tank for me. They have great deals on kits, and they have a juice bar where you can taste most of the flavors before you buy. The prices were very reasonable and the selection was really good, too. This is a very friendly, helpful store, and is my new favorite smoke shop. read more

I used to buy my Kratom here until they continued to increase the price. It's ridiculous now. Save loads of money and buy your Kratom online. read more
