Every time I come here I get sold a defective pen. And you'll know they are defective because a cap won't be on it but they will still tell you it's fine, we'll no it's not. Am I smoking a used pen that doesn't work or what? I don't trust coming here anymore. read more

I went in for some Juul/Juul comparable pods. Person working the counter showed me which ones they had. Purchased a pack of Juul fruit and an off brand blue raspberry. Get home and the blue raspberry comparable pods wouldn't even fit in my Juul. Go back to the store about an hour later and they told me since I removed one from the packaging they cannot give me a refund. How was I supposed to know it was not going to work. Clerk says they will give me a discount on my next purchase. So I decide to buy a few other things, look at my receipt afterwards and they gave me an .80 cent discount. I paid $20 for a pack of pods that the clerk said would work with my Juul, return the item and they give me .80 cents. What a joke. read more

Good employees, good selection of ejuice, and selection of the better / more popular brands of vaporizing equipment. But everything is priced for a heavy profit, of course (ejuice being a natural liquid profit in a bottle anyway). You can find pretty much any of the gear online, google enough and you should find a site that seems legit. They don't accept returns or exchanges anyway, outside of helping with a manufacturer warranty. All of this is true for any vape shop though, so no surprises. Third time back to this store, first time didn't go very well. With each visit to the store my interaction with the staff has gotta better and better. My most recent visit I was greeted by a blonde chick. I was only looking for a small jar of juice. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our entire visit. She set up what seemed like an endless amount of juices to vape trying to find a flavor we liked. All in all a great experiance, will diffantely return. read more

I've been a customer of Wise Guys in Roselle since they opened and most of the employees who work there are exceptional. But the person who usually works during the day (Jan 25 2021) is routinely rude and very unhelpful. I've had a few bad experiences with this guy who seems to be very annoyed that a veteran asks for a discount. I said I've always received a discount and his reply was "How Do I Know You're a Veteran? and I've never seen you in the store before" I replied how do you want me to prove it? Pictures of me in uniform or do you want a copy of my DD214? He had no answer. I decided to leave without purchasing and gave this idiot some choice words before walking out. I served in the Marine Corps and don't carry my DD214 around with me to prove I served. No other place that offers vet discounts ever asked me for proof. Besides, Vets who formally served don't have ID's to prove they were in the service that I know of. If this is the policy at Wise Guys, no one ever enforced it. This place Lost my business for good and yes because of one jerk employee . Many other Vape Shops to bring my business to. read more

Really good location. Friendly staff and can answer all your questions. It has easy access to the train too. One down full, they run out of vape juice fast & it takes a long time to get a vape juice in stock. read more
