Products sold here rarely pass authenticity checks. Storz and Bickel vaporizer failed the check…read more Worse yet their customer service? You may as well just be in an Amazon Dash store. The staff here exist for zero reasons. They are rude, they're not helpful, they are in a rush to get you out of the store and don't care if questions are answered or if the coil fits. This is the third and final time I am charging these guys back. I've found a new store that's up the road and has real customer service. I mean actual services of vaporizers. This dude took my tank apart, understood it slowly, rebuilt it, found the proper coil while I was basically freaking out about how much money I lost on today and then came out and said "you know what. Here's the CORRECT coils. I finally found them! And I'll give a slight price cut for all the troubles of the day." This is how customer RETENTION works. You can't retain customers with just low prices. Low prices alone are how Aldi has churn. This whole store is all about churn. They don't care about you as a person. They don't care about you even as a valued customer. Many places it's like "greetings valued customer how can I help you" Here? As soon as you walk in it feels like I'm invading on someone's party. Two men angry and elderly who act like they'd rather be at home than running a vape store. Then bloody retire! If you bloody old kodgers don't want real work like an occasional challenging "let's properly fit this tank with a coil" case then you don't belong in the vape industry. Lots of people are new or returning to vaporizers due to high cannabis prices. Not everyone knows all of the 2025 tanks vs the 2017 breeds I was once experienced with. I hate to admit it but I am a noob when it comes to the vape technical side. I can put on a mean vape show with my clouds and the cashier at the new store even invited me to show inside of his shop! Not EVER did I get invited to show inside of LC Smoke. LC Smoke needs to be taken off of the map by the government. This store is legit dangerous. They didn't even check my ID. Failure to check ID is a serious breach of regulatory law and can result in dissolution of the business. This store is incorporated under an Al Moqeet to my records. I will be in contact with county prosecutors.

I drive roughly 25 mins to visit this shop when I have 2-3 other shops within 5 mins from my home. The quality of their juice is phenomenal! Unlike getting pre-made juice from a factory that you have no idea how long it has been sitting on the shelf. The quality is always the same with every purchase. The last time I went I ordered curbside pickup. Didn't realize till a few days later that the juice they gave me was the incorrect flavor. (Which I had not opened yet) I called the shop and they immediately apologized and said I could come in anytime to switch out the flavor. I came back to the shop a few hours after the phone call and the gentleman knew exactly who I was and once again apologized profusely. I had no issues with it, mistakes are bound to happen, no problem! I just really don't like the flavor that was accidentally given to me. Afterwards I tried to use a coupon I had for another purchase and instead of charging me he gave me a few 30ml bottle of juice! I can't stress enough how wonderful the team is here! The owner is super wonderful as well! Thank you so much Palatine team!!!!

My first thought when I entered was my glasses had steamed up. Since the temperatures outside and inside were about the same, I knew it couldn't be that. The store was clean and well appointed. They seemed to have a wide variety of products and different liquids to vape with. I don't know if the three people in the store all worked there or some were customers, but all were friendly and wanted to be helpful. Personally, I don't have much of a reason to go back.
