The staff here exist for zero reasons. They are rude, they're not helpful, they are in a rush to get you out of the store and don't care if questions are answered or if the coil fits. This is the third and final time I am charging these guys back. I've found a new store that's up the road and has real customer service. I mean actual services of vaporizers. This dude took my tank apart, understood it slowly, rebuilt it, found the proper coil while I was basically freaking out about how much money I lost on today and then came out and said "you know what. Here's the CORRECT coils. I finally found them! And I'll give a slight price cut for all the troubles of the day." This is how customer RETENTION works. You can't retain customers with just low prices. Low prices alone are how Aldi has churn. This whole store is all about churn. They don't care about you as a person. They don't care about you even as a valued customer. Many places it's like "greetings valued customer how can I help you" Here? As soon as you walk in it feels like I'm invading on someone's party. Two men angry and elderly who act like they'd rather be at home than running a vape store. Then bloody retire! If you bloody old kodgers don't want real work like an occasional challenging "let's properly fit this tank with a coil" case then you don't belong in the vape industry. Lots of people are new or returning to vaporizers due to high cannabis prices. Not everyone knows all of the 2025 tanks vs the 2017 breeds I was once experienced with. I hate to admit it but I am a noob when it comes to the vape technical side. I can put on a mean vape show with my clouds and the cashier at the new store even invited me to show inside of his shop! Not EVER did I get invited to show inside of LC Smoke. LC Smoke needs to be taken off of the map by the government. This store is legit dangerous. They didn't even check my ID. Failure to check ID is a serious breach of regulatory law and can result in dissolution of the business. This store is incorporated under an Al Moqeet to my records. I'm not sure how Binny's manages to have such cheap prices but have the best staff you can get in a liquor store. Staff are very nice and conversational, if you come across someone stocking the shelf and just want to get some advice on beverages they are happy to give recommendations. It's quite nice to go here when they are giving out free samples, it's a fun hour spent drinking a variety of new things and it's free. I've gone on sample day and walked out without buying anything and nobody gave me any dirty looks or anything. I like how they are happy to serve you some free drink and don't pressure you to buy, sometimes I want to be able to sleep on a decision to buy a whole bottle of something that I might seldom use in my average drinking.
