This was my first time at Verilife and Josh the GM was who helped me. I came in for products specifically for pain and something to help with sleep. He is well informed and helped me find edibles and a lotion to help with the issues at hand. He explained the products thoroughly and I felt comfortable with the items I purchased. Josh is super friendly and kind, he made this experience very easy. This location is spotless, the security is top notch and even the music playlist was something I enjoyed. I highly recommend this location and Josh for any THC/CBD wants/needs. Tip - Bring cash, the atms inside do have a service charge. read more

If I could rate you no stars I would. Where to start. Your store has a whole bunch of nothing! Terrible flavors and high prices. Your rewards program sucks! Your staff needs training. Without customers you are nothing! I bought what was supposed to be Strawberry Shortcake prerolls 5 pack. I got a few in one pack and not sure what was the other shitty tasting smoke was. The other pack was not Strawberry Shortcake at all. I called and told her that and ohhhh there's nothing we can do. Wellllll you lost my business and all my friends that go there too. You don't want to stand by the bs you sell, screw you all. read more

Verilife Dispensary - One checkout person. A place like this should have more people than one checking out customers. Customers are everything to a business. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Schaumburg, Illinois

Everything! Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. I got what I needed and am very happy.

Horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong item and then wouldn't give me a refund. Horrible management.

Very cute and organized dispensary! The staff was very nice and helpful esp since I've never tried nor been to a place like this. They have a good amount of sale items and they gave us a coupon to use next time! I tried this peaches and cream disposable pen and the flavor was good and sweet. read more

Absolutely Avoid Verilife - Worst Dispensary Experience I've Ever Had If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to Verilife was so shockingly unprofessional that it left me wondering how this place is even still in business. After reading their multiple criminal complaints online for violence and theft, I should've taken the hint, but I decided to give it a try--huge mistake. The staff? Clearly high on the job. One cashier spent over twenty minutes joking around with a customer while the rest of us stood in line, ignored. No urgency, no backup, and zero awareness that people have lives outside of standing around in a weed shop. It felt like watching a bad improv show with no punchline. Eventually, a tall guy in ripped pajamas shuffled past to the bathroom. Ten minutes later he shuffled past again like he just woke up, it felt like the DMV. He didn't greet me, yawned in my face, dropped my change, and then just stared at me like he wanted to fight. Apparently he was trying to intimidate me--very laughable. No thank you to Verilife on Barrington road, no professionalism, just a weird, aggressive vibe that felt totally inappropriate and borderline threatening. It's painfully obvious that the staff is either under the influence while working or simply don't care about the customer experience. Either way, the manager (Andrew) is failing big time. Allowing employees to behave like this--especially ones with a history of stealing or being fired--is a massive red flag. It's like the Wild West in there, and customer service is the last thing on their minds. There are at least three other dispensaries within a block that actually know how to treat customers with respect. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Verilife is a joke, and not a funny one. read more

Amazing staff...very friendly and accommodating! Fast and efficient - always willing to donate!

Super taxed even for schaumburg I wouldn't recommend. Starbuds constantly running deals and giving free merch and also have a bigger selection. Veralife is a scam if I could I'd say screw all illinois dispos and go to Michigan dirt cheap and doesn't try to sell you delta as real thc read more

I have shop at different dispensary around the burbs. This one by far is the worst one, the item of their website is different from what you get. For example I bought a vape oil it came half full I open it in front of them at the store and then wouldn't exchange or give me a refund. A total scam ! They have the Audacity to ask you for a tip at the counter for no customer service, they just trying to squeeze every dollar and scam their customer don't waste your money. read more

The little egg shaped manager doesn't know how to run a business. Whoever told her she would be moving up made a mistake. She abuses that power with the employees and she's rude to customers. She whispers behind customers backs as if they can't hear her. You manage marijuana ma'am, relax read more

I went to verilife today for and I met Chris I which he was an awesome person! He was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my ID I guess but he assured me he was going to look into asap so I can get In and he did. He was also very knowledgeable about the products I had asked him about. Overall a very cool person. Made this experience a better experience than any I've had there before read more

On September 28th around 9pm I drove 30 minutes to this location when I have a dispensary 5 minutes away from me just for the sale they had going on. I'm a medical patient and on their website it says 15% off for medical patients since the location is only rec. So I go to Verilife in Schaumburg and the cashier tells me that they cannot offer the 15% off for me being a medical patient because they do not stack discounts. I let them know that their website does not say that or specify that and I just drove 30-40 minutes for the sale and that if their website specified that then I would not have went to that location. I asked to speak to the manager who's name was Jake. He was standing close to us so he heard everything I had said to the cashier. He immediately came off as rude and in a rude/annoyed tone he started off by saying "So I'm going to make this real simple for you. We can either give you the sale price of the 14 grams your trying to purchase or we can give you the 14 grams (that was on sale) at the original price and then take off the 15% that your really wanting." I asked if that's all you can do and then he said "I literally just told you what we can do for you." I then told him he did not have to be so rude and that I explained I've been a medical patient and have been shopping at verilife for almost 2 years and he's the only manager that has ever been so rude. He actually then thanked me and told me to have a good day and walked away. It was already past 9pm so it was to late to go to any other dispensary so because the manager was not willing to help a medical patient (myself) I got less sleep and experienced more pain that night. I will never shop at that location again just because of him. read more

Thank you to Alex who was very informative of all the sales going on and always helpful whenever I go. Quick and easy

This was my first visit, and I went in the early evening. The staff was really friendly and seemed well informed about the available products. They recommended one that would enhance my pain management and sleep. The shop is very clean and the process is well organized. The only downside is that I could not register on the website (endless loop: fill out the form, but there is no form) and the staff was unaware of any problem. read more

Prices are decent. Just takes a super long time. Everyone is polite though. If they could speed it up a little that would be awesome.

Went this morning first time. Jake was wonderful! Knowledgable and his recommendations were great! Definitely recommend this dispensary!

I leave at three star review today because the customer service was excellent and I really enjoyed it... By the end of my experience I wanted to tip them but I couldn't and that's really disappointed I think you guys need to Joe's for your employees that work so hard read more
