This is my fiancé and I's favorite Zen Leaf location! Staff are friendly, store's always immaculate, and service is fast. Love that they always seem to have a nice deal going on. Have to give a special shoutout to Jay, our favorite budtender we've had at this location. Exactly the type of person you want in his position: friendly, personable, and knowledgeable! Whether you need guidance or just picking up an online order, you can expect fantastic service and professionalism from Jay! read more

Jasmine is the straw that stirs the drink in this place!! I'm not exactly sure if she's management or not but I've been coming here for years and she is the most pleasant and down to earth employee ever!! Always wonderful to see here when I'm in, and she also helped me discover my favorite edibles as well. She rules, along with the rest of the amazing staff!!! I used to work in the industry and have been in literally hundreds of IL dispensaries, the staff (and also nice promos) are what keeps me loyal to the Prospect Heights ZL store :) read more

Zen Leaf - 2 Guap RSO edibles on sale! - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Prospect Heights, Illinois

First time here at Zenleaf in Prospect Heights! I had such a great experience at Zenleaf because of Dylan! He was so personable, helpful, and friendly. Even though I pre-ordered he really informed me on other products and what their benefits are. He was absolutely awesome. They have tons of products here from edibles to vapes to flower, etc. I just chose this dispensary on a whim since I was nearby but I'm super glad I did. They also had a good amount of sales going on! Everything was reasonably priced anyway. There's convenient parking right out in front and the place was spacious. Super friendly staff, especially Dylan. Will definitely be back! read more

Zen leaf Mount Prospect. Keep an eye out people and do the math. The rewards program is scamming people out of their reward. it says I have $5 rewards and they ask me at Zen leaf, would you like to use your $5? I say yes but you don't get the full $5 anymore off your order like it used to be before they updated their system or something like that and every time you have a $5 reward they scheming a dollar even more sometimes so you don't get the full $5 off you get $4 and sometimes even less when you check out. I addressed this problem to them every time I shop but they telling me that this is how it is that you already getting a sale and that's why you don't deserve the full $5 discount. They telling me you will get a full five dollars discount rewards off of an item that is not on sale. Well, I tried that and guess what same thing. If it's not the people at the store, it's the people they're working for who think all potheads are too dumb to realize. Even on my last pickup, I had $5 rewards, the lady manager who took my order asked if I want to use it, I said yes and I asked her, will I get the full reward and she said oh yes of course nothing less then $5. Well guess what again I didn't get the full reward and she just brushed it off. Zen leaf Mount Prospect. They literally don't give a crap. Because no matter how many times to whoever I tell over there, they don't give a damn they just continue like everything's normal. It's funny that even when you check out on the app order section it says loyalty redemption -$5 read more

The budtenders are great and helpful. The products are good. There is hardly ever a long wait, which is good.

Zenleaf is my second home. I can't say enough good things about this place--and it's all thanks to the incredible vibe created by the Cabbage Club and Adam. Adam remembers me every time I walk in, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. That kind of connection is rare, and it's what keeps me coming back. Zenleaf isn't just a dispensary--it's a community. I always feel taken care of, and the energy is consistently positive. Love these guys. read more

Decent products at good prices. it's the line that's a pain in the ass. Why is there no longer a separate line for online orders? Why am I forced to stand in line with the other idiots who failed/chose not to plan ahead? Also, stop the small talk with every customer. That's adding about 30 seconds to a couple minutes per transaction. read more

Great service from all staff today! Taking advantage of the Labor Day sale on Thursday morning I picked out some gifts for family with the help of a BRILLIANT woman whose name I forget (sorry) and then Jay rang me up and helped with accessories. Great experience! read more

The people are cool, the website sucks. It wouldn't let me shop without leaving email and phone numbe. I don't like that but tried anyway and it still kept bringing me back to that page without an exit. I tried logging in and it wouldn't let me do that either. Easier places to shoo read more

Everything. Great bud tenders. Great variety. i go here to get pre rolls because they have a great selection of CBD pre rolls.

Easy online ordering and location makes this store a top stop for me. Store employees, esp Adam, make visiting this store even better. Adam is always upbeat and makes great suggestions. Definitely will be back. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best deals in town, along with a great variety. Zen is the best local dispensary.

Short review: Bad location, poorly managed, good staff To start, you get through security and you can immediately tell this place used to be a bank. It's a big empty lobby with a counter at one end. When it's busy, you will be nearly elbow to elbow with other customers at the counter. Music is playing, people are talking, and the acoustics in this place are brutal. If you have any problems with your hearing, definitely avoid this place or come at off hours. You will wait in line, there are 3 lines and the priorities of who gets served first are not entirely clear (with the exception of cabbage club members, but we'll get to that). I think people with online orders are supposed to be served first. If you do not have an online order and it's busy, you may wait for some time while other customers are called up ahead of you. The service is generally pretty good. There are a few really friendly employees who are super helpful (Raul, Kedzie, Nicole to name a few). All the budtenders I've spoken with seem knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions or give recommendations on the products. Anytime I've left here in a good mood, it's because of the awesome people who work there. Last month I decided to finally sign up for their 'Cabbage Club' paid membership because of the monthly store credits and special sales exclusive to Cabbage Club members. After I had signed up and asked the staff what deals they were currently running for club members, nobody had a clue. I couldn't check it on the store website and there were no promos in store. They told me I just had to keep checking my email. Not very helpful on the day I sign up but OK. The other day I noticed there was a glitch in the club system and it looked like I had thousands of dollars in store credit. Obviously this is not the case, but I wanted to stop by and use the actual store credits I get every month as part of my paid membership. They could see I had $70 on my account and I picked out a few products, but when it came time to apply the credits they weren't able. A manager came over, checked the computer and told me that my credits are basically frozen and unusable until they can figure out this glitch on their end. So because of their mistake, I cannot use the membership benefits which I am paying for. That does not leave a good taste in my mouth. The kicker was when I tried to call the special, exclusive customer service helpline that they have only for paying Cabbage Club members! I dialed in and hit '1' as directed by the prompt to indicate I am a current member calling for assistance... and was promptly hung up on before my call was even transferred. Called back 5 minutes later, same result. That's the Zenleaf experience in a nutshell. So, I don't like this location. I am really unhappy with their premium Cabbage Club program that I'm paying for but can't use. The people are cool and I wish them the best. Luckily, there's a new dispensary opening down the street shortly, and it will be a breeze to take my business elsewhere. Would recommend you do the same. read more

Ed was super helpful in recommending a good strain for my sleep issues. I would go back again!

Great ease in placing online order. whole transaction was quite easy and fast. product I got (vape all in one) was top notch and the price was unbelievable. Great service! Staff (Adam) was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and easy.

Great smoke & lots of cool in store merch! I would definitely recommend shopping here especially if you're in the area.

Not good service. Strict management, I can buy alcohol with my ID but not cannabis? Lol

Good customer service the bud here is pretty good and they have good discounts 32 for a3.5 not bad at all

One of the first Zen leaf locations in the state. When the pandemic started, business was conducted online with pickups in their lot. For some months now they have been open to the public. Of the dispensaries I have been to so far in our state, this is one of my favorite locations. Each customer is addressed by a budtender. The shop is welcoming, modern looking and customers can feel at ease when browsing products and deciding on their purchases. Menu's can be seen on your phone or Internet prior to visiting the location OR you may surf their menus on iPads made available at the budtender station. One of my last visits I was attended by "Iggy." Nice guy, we had a fun conversation about strains and he upped my spend by showing me some of their available specials. I was able to make use of an often special they offer, two eights for $100 plus tax. If you consume, you may be aware of how unbelievably costly cannabis has become in IL. The average 3.5 g selling for over $80 with applicable taxes for recreational. (Prior to the pandemic, the same volume was only $30) To have a deal offering two different strains in that volume for a "Benji" is a sweet deal if you can choose a likable strain. Beyond cannabis products they also offer accessories, vaporizers and tools used to imbibe. Accessories like chillums, bongs, one hitters, lighters, humidity packs and cones like King Palm. On one occasion I decided to pickup some one hitters and a tiny bong. Price-wise, not a bad spend. Quality wise, I would/ could have been better off buying at a glass shop. It's for the sake of convenience and to be able to one-stop shop is always an opportunity. Because of my good experiences at Zen leaf locations, this is a dispensary group I often recommend to fellow fans of the "flower." read more

Signed up for the cabbage club because they made it seem soooo convenient! First time trying to buy things I ended up standing in line with no help, where are the perks of being a member?? They said I won't have to wait in line and be handled first, wrong! Canceled my membership and switched dispensaries, no point of paying extra when I have to wait in line like everyone else, trash. read more

The older security guard is so nice; my normal dispo (medical) is out of Cresco, so I drove 20 mins to the closet "nearby" dispensary. This one is rec only-- the check in guy today was so rude. He was rushing me when I was debating about paying normal rec prices and tax. I told him I needed a minute and wanted to know medical areas nearby The guy yelled at the old security guard when he was trying to help me. Beware of the check in guy with blondeish orange hair... read more

This is a terrific place. I started going here because it's on my way home from my workplace. I continue to come back again and again -- and recommend this location, specifically -- because of the great deals offered, the friendly, helpful staff, the entire experience! A clean, modern shop; lots of employees to help you almost immediately, always (impressive enough in this hard-to-staff-business world of ours, right?!) and consistently friendly, helpful and engaging. I want to thank Brittany for leading me here and to every single employee I've ever interacted with. I'm terrible with names & I apologize; I know how important individual recognition for good service is & I have no good excuse...just a terrible short term memory! Seriously, never a bad experience! Of course the products tend to be pricey; we can thank Cook County AND IL state taxes for that. Otherwise, I think their offerings are still reasonable and varied. Lots of offerings, always. Discounts, of course, for medical users, veterans, seniors (yay!), Look em over!! read more

Friendly bud tenders and they usually always have journeyman!!! I experienced my first pot rockets here recommended by a bud tender. It's also clean and welcoming. read more

They are crooks! They consistently list items on their website with the wrong price. When you go to them, sure they'll respond and give you a coupon for your next visit but if you dare contact them a second time, they will not contact you back. I have tried more than three times as they incorrectly had a 1g RSO for $55+, but when I actually received it, it was .5 mg. So I paid this exorbitant cost for an item that wasn't as described. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they refused to contact them back as well! This is not the first occurrence, though, there are numerous complaints on the BBB website, indicating such. I'll never go here again. The dispensary in rolling Meadows or Schaumburg on Plum Grove Road are 10 times better than this dispensary. They lost my business and my friends and families as well. read more
