I've discussed this with the store mgr and wrote a letter to corporate, store mgr was understanding BUT I've heard nothing from corporate after sending a complaint via the website (only way to reach MGT ) and it's crickets ! The Industry/company wants to be like a pharmacy but if I went into my local RX store to pick up my medicine and was told that I need to go elsewhere I would continue my path PERMANENTLY!

I said "I didn't know there was a line" and she told me "Well, there is! It's over there but I'll let you go this one time, I guess". I was very confused... was she trying to funny? She certainly was failing, if so. I found her to be quite rude. She continued to chastise me as she rang me up. I guess in the weed business, they don't have to be nice to the customer? She made a face and said "Uh, I need your ID...?" I said "Oh, ok. You didn't ask me for it..." She said "I didn't. You were talking" So, I hear you loud and clear Curaleaf- you don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this? I'll be heading to a different dispensary for my next purchase, thank you very much.

They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted that day. I'm not sure how long it will be up but if you mention you saw the billboard and it is your first visit, they'll give you a huge discount. Don't quote me on what it was but I think it was around half off. With competition down the street, I think that Starbuds has pretty good deals depending on what you're looking for.
