Ok, I was struggling on whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They definitely deserve a good…read morescore for selection hands down, they have everything you could imagine. Their prices are fairly good, but you know you can always find certain things cheaper online of course. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating. Sorry, I'm not gonna go anywhere I feel unwanted, and what more I'm gonna warn everybody about your lameass attitude on yelp :P

Secrets from the outside isn't as fancy as a lot of the newer shops. I would have missed it if I wasn't visiting with my husband. The inside of the shop is sizable and divided into different sections. When you first walk in you are met with glass pipes of different sizes and colors. This section is definitely the place to do if you are looking to upgrade one of your pipes or gift a fellow smoker a new pipe. The prices were on par for the other shops that I have visited across the area. The back of the shop has more accessories along with candles and a wide variety of incense. They had some scents that I have never come across. I love that they not only offer smoke accessories they offer things to help with the smell. The gentleman that was working that night was very helpful. He was extremely nice. We scored a discount with our purchase for being frequent buyers or maybe it was an end of year sale. Either way it was 15% to 20% off our order.
