I of course tried to rectify this miscommunication prior to this as I don't want to hurt anyone. However I was just given a load of B.S so my hand has been forced. I went to the store on Tuesday (it was -25 with the wind btw) because I had ran out of actual CBD gummies and I have a health condition that needs to be managed. I had asked for a CBD product, preferably a vape. I was directed to this product. I asked "how asked how much CBD?" And was told "3 grams" it was insisted that it indeed has CBD and a good quanity of it. So I paid the 40$ and left. I opened the package hoping for a pamphlet to clarify, however I did not find any and went looking online. I went to the site itself and got the following screenshots. Went back today and asked if there was an exchange policy as there was a miscommunication error given it clearly is not a CBD product. There is a trace amount of CBDN however I'd have to smoke 3Grams of this product to get what could be got in half of a In-House CBD gummie. I was told "well I'd be out 40$" clearly it can be bought online for 12$ at retail so you know...wholesale... Mind you he was "concerned" about 40$...meanwhile i make 1350$ a month working with homeless children in domestic shelters...that 40$ actually hurts me as I barely meet my needs as it were. This wasn't a excursion to get a high, it's pain management so I can do my job... and I was asking if there was an exchange policy while apologizing. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating. Sorry, I'm not gonna go anywhere I feel unwanted, and what more I'm gonna warn everybody about your lameass attitude on yelp :P
