They have everything and the prices are so great. Even when I got something I didn't like, he replaced it with something better FREE of CHARGE. I am really big on customer service but also on quality of products and trust me they have everything u need here and it's all high quality products. They even have a rewards program! That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He extended a pretty fat discount - seemed good enough of a reason to go pick up another tank. I did. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me (afternoon 02/17/16 - sold me a uwell), but he knew so much about hardware. He seemed to be into vaping long before "vape shops" were a thing. This guy is to hardware what Maddie is to juices. He told me about computer chips, coils, mods, manufacturer similarities, nuianses, fucking everything. Because of him, I'm probably gonna have to save up some money and blow it all on my next setup, which is already picked out.

WOW This is probably one of the Dumbest comments I've ever heard out of anyone 's mouth whom is running a Public Business. Frankly, private or public, still Equally dumb thing to say to anyone, much less a customer. It actually demonstrates low class and lack of simple business knowledge. Everyone in the business world understands- just like Apple Understands- Google Understands, you can never have enough customers. Then your business dies and so does your profits. So, arrogant mixed with stupidity, super bad combo for a business owner. The Shop wasn't the cleanest. Based off his publicly made comments, not sure how the guy is even open and in business. This is my first Ever 1 Star Review, over 340 reviews... (to best of my knowledge, I don't believe I've given 1 Star). so I take my comments seriously! Avoid these jerks. "They have enough customers and don't need your business." Yikes. There's a nice Vape Smoke shop across the street . Several very nice places both east or west on Roosevelt Road as well.
