Even though I have left 5 star reviews for this place, and named specific people, these people are no longer with the company. That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He extended a pretty fat discount - seemed good enough of a reason to go pick up another tank. I did. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me (afternoon 02/17/16 - sold me a uwell), but he knew so much about hardware. He seemed to be into vaping long before "vape shops" were a thing. This guy is to hardware what Maddie is to juices. He told me about computer chips, coils, mods, manufacturer similarities, nuianses, fucking everything. Went in looking for an alternative to cigs. John showed me around, introduced me to the basics of this stuff, and showed me all the starter kits from basic to super fancy. The best part of the experience for me was that this person seemed to actually be interested in getting me the best product to fit my interest level and needs, not just pushing the most expensive thing on the shelf at me. One of the owners was on hand and they didn't have the juice i wanted (there was a tester but no stock) so he hooked me up with an extra bottle for free of a similar product. Overall, I was really impressed. Super clean place, friendly staff, inviting atmosphere and I didn't feel talked down to or preyed upon. I actually went online to a couple places to make sure what i got was worth it and found out I got a better price at this brick-and-mortar shop than I would have online. I can't say enough nice things about this shop and the staff. I'm a total vape newbie and I came in with a million and a half questions. The staff was super patient with me, recommended juice and gear, and offered options in different price ranges so I never felt pressured. The samplers are the best part of the experience. They have tanks, batteries, and sanitized tips available or you can drop into your own vape. I tried at least 20 different juices until I found one I loved. They are all on display to help yourself if you want to try every one like I do as on your own time or the staff which seems to know every flavor will gladly point you in the right direction. Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable on every flavor and the companies that make them. I started vaping convince store crap then moved to an ok setup and then last week bought a proper unit the istick by eleaf with the nautilis tank here and didn't know vaping could be this good!! The shop is super clean and sanitary. They have a workshop where they can build or work on equipment right out in the open. ABSOLUTELY the BEST! I came in just after New Years to quit cigarettes and purchase a full setup. Miguel Reyes (the GM and concierge) was there to help me with absolutely everything I could think of. Believe me, I asked thousands of questions and he simply and beautifully explained everything from the insane amount of juice varieties and variants, to the science behind the technology of these devices. In no time, I had picked out the lavabox Dna 200, a Smok tank pack, and some awesome custard and fruit loop juices. Honestly the experience was so magical I now drive TWO HOURS, from where I live in Wisconsin, JUST to have the kind of customer service I received. On my 2nd visit, I had some issues with my Smok coils and the settings on my Lavabox and came in to see "Maddy" (GM and founding member) who, I kid you not, spent over an hour researching the data to alter my settings and properly setting up and explaining all the new temp control coils and Smok coils I bought that day, THEN set it all up, WHILE juggling at least 12 other customers simultaneously..... I honestly don't know how they're so good, but the dedication to the industry shows and I highly recommend them over other local shops. read more

The staff (love Jeff, Marissa, and Aaron) are fully knowledgeable about CBD and its benefits. I dabble in CBD and mainly vape and everyone is so helpful teaching you how to set up a new pod and don't judge you when you think your new device is broken when in reality you just turned it off. Went in with a lot of questions and John and Jeff were awesome! I was looking for a CBD that could help me cut down smoking cigarettes and they pointed me toward several products that would help. The cheapest option was an essential-oil infused CBD pen which I was able to sample. We also talked about options for buying CBD juice and refillable pen, and the possibility of infusing the CBD with nicotine. Eventually I opted for both just to try them out ($135 total with a rewards discount) and felt really good about all of my purchases. Jeff mixed in nicotine on the spot in front of me, which was very cool, then showed me how to start up my vape, take care of it, and take a satisfying hit. Furthermore, I'm willing to start building my own coils. And i got a RBA great tank for $15 bucks. And the other specialist guy on the vape stuff. I have been to a good handful of vapor shops in Chicago and I must say Cloud is by far the most friendly, welcoming environment. I feel as though vaping has this stigma about it and a lot of times you walk into a shop and they make you feel like an idiot. At Cloud Vapor Lounge you are sure to feel at home and free to ask questions. The selection of juice is off the charts with variety, and the quality of mechanical mods as well as other various products they carry are way above par. Plus, they are BYOB so you can enjoy a beer or glass of wine while you test juices or wait for a coil rebuild. (Which they are also very good at) They have a drill press in shop which is a huge plus as well. i went to cloud vapor lounge yesterday with some of my friends and wow wow wow!!! everything about this place is everything right in the vaping community. i met Sasha and eve. the coolest people I've met out here since i moved from cali it was like we've known each other for years! both know a lot about vaping and can help you get the set you your looking for with out overwhelming you. my man Sasha is a guru when it comes to vaping. the lounge has over 150 flavors to try so you'll be there a while but don't worry the gave us soda and water for free :) their prices are very reasonable but i was sold on hospitality they have. i will be back and you need to check this place out if you haven't yet. read more
