The staff member was extremely patient and full of knowledge when it came to educating and instructing my friend on how to use her newly purchased vape. Vape Daze had many of the same basic things that you would find at the other countless shops. I did appreciate that I was able to view a variety of the cigars and hookah pipes as a potential present for someone. The staff member even offered to check out my boyfriends leaky pipe that he purchased from another store to determine why it was leaking. The shop was very spacious so you won't find yourself feeling like you're on-top of each other when the shop gets busy. There was roughly 8 to 10 people in the shop and because of the total size of the shop I completely forgot there was another group in the shop with us. That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He replied "the price is right there, you could've read it," then just stared at me as I walked out. The price labels were tiny and I couldn't read them. The cashier was also on a call on speakerphone while I was in there - said it was his friend. That's totally cool, but he was asking them (presumably his manager) if the store had the product I wanted and then asked me to find it myself and point it out. I had asked about weed edibles, which they have a whole shelf of. He didn't seem to believe they had any until the guy on the phone said so, but they have 20+ products. Maybe I just caught him on an off-day. Maybe he's a new employee. Either way, I left feeling disrespected and don't plan on returning.
