I cannot say enough good things about this place and its employees. Chase and Spenser are extremely knowledgeable and patient with new vapers! When I first went to their store I was an avid pack a day smoker. I had tried quitting with vaping a few times with no success. Chase walked me thru the different e juices, the amount of nicotine I would need and the proper mod for my purpose which was to quit smoking. Thanks to both Chase and Spenser I have not purchased a pack of cigarettes in over 2 months!!!! I started with 18mgs of nicotine per juice and Im down to 3mgs last time I checked! They really work with each customers individual needs. I have asked them not to tell me how much nicotine they are giving me until its been at 0 for a few weeks and they are totally on board and seem to sincerely care about me quitting smoking! The only very small complaint I have is, I wish they had more organic vape juices to choose from. If you're looking for a new place to try out, this one is not to be missed. After a month of vaping consistently, I tried a few other stores and some of them were "prettier" and some did carry the organic lines that I am looking for but when it comes to customer service these guys have everyone beat. I will remain loyal to them because they are loyal to me and that is hard to find these days. Anyways, you should definitely check them out. And a quick shout out to Charlie - he is amazing too! read more

These guys are awesome. I've been smoking an electronic cigarette for a few months now and I knew the next step was to get myself something more permanent and reliable so that I can customize everything about it to my liking but I had no idea where to start!? The guys here are super helpful and very knowledgable about the business. They paired me with an awesome mod, I got the Alien 220W by Smok and the big baby beast tank, it's the perfect size and has a ton of features. Then the really hard part was trying to figure out what kind of flavor I was trying to get out of my new vape. I didn't know where to begin or what I was looking for, they were awesome letting me get a smell of so many different liquids that had good reviews or were good sellers. I finally made a choice and went with dragon spit which is phenomenal! I have to make some time next week to head back in to get another bottle, or maybe I'll find something new to try. I was a pack a day smoker and I got it with 6mg nic and it satisfies perfectly. I've already told some friends and they're ready to go meet the Vape Daze guys! read more

Not just throwing up review for the hell of it, this is the best vape shop in the city, its gotten 5 stars for a reason. Charlie and Chase both know what they are talking about, if you have any questions about any mods they can answer them for you without question, i came in my first time and was helped immediately, Charlie really made my transition from smoking to vaping really easy by directing me on whats a good product and what my money is actually worth. Also has an amazing selection of juices and its constantly changing. Personal recommendations have also always been on point. Vape Daze is the perfect vape store to visit if you know nothing about vaping, or if you're an expert. They have a great selection and I didn't feel like the prices were a rip off. Chase was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and its always refreshing when someone truly enjoys their work. He didn't steer me towards the most expensive products, but gave me his honest, unbiased evaluations of products based on what I was looking for. He also simultaneously provided excellent attention to the needs and questions of other customers who came in while I was there without neglecting anyone. I will definitely be returning here again in the future! read more

This shop is fantastic! I knew nothing going in. Charlie was awesome, patient, and asked great questions to better understand what I was looking for. To top it off-I got home and realized I had left part of my order on the counter. I called the shop back to confirm I had left it and prepared to trek 15 minutes back the way I came. Almost before I could say I was on the way back, Charlie said he WOULD DROP IT OFF!! Who does that, right? Just ran downstairs and grabbed it from him. Five stars here all day. Won't go anywhere else!! read more

The owner Charlie is the reason this store is so great. He cares so much about everyone who comes into the store, and he does everything in his power to make sure customers are getting the product that they'll be the happiest with. Charlie and everyone who works in the store is extremely knowledgeable about every single product in the store, but the atmosphere is super chill and welcoming; you can come in without knowing a single thing about vape and leave knowing you got the best product for you. read more

I love this place. Charlie is the best and is always very friendly and accommodating. They always have tons of juice in stock and are the only ones to have my all time favorite flavor in stock all the time. They are open late so it's super convenient. Til' 11 on weeknights and 1 am on weekends. If you want superior service, great products, and an always on-point customer experience, this is the place to go. Some new tanks just came in, worth while to come check out! read more

Great shop with a huge variety of juices. What separates this store from others is definitely the top-notch service. I have visited numerous times and both Charlie and Chase have been extremely helpful. They are friendly to everyone that comes in and ensure that all customers have a pleasant visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great selection and welcoming staff. read more

This is one of the best vape shops I've been to in Chicago. Not only are they open late on weekends, but prices are super competitive for the area. Not only are they totally cool with letting you hang out to sample as many flavors as you want, but the customer service is top notch. Charlie answered all of my newbie questions (including the ones I didn't even ask!) & gave great suggestions and tips too! Definitely recommend Vape Daze with high reviews! read more

Vape Daze is the best shop in the city. Best prices, newest items, and best selection of juices hands down. They also sell glassware and even cigars. Chase and Charlie have become friends of mine from being there so often. They use 5 star rewards to help you earn discounts on a regular basis. I have been to almost every shop in the city since I've started vaping and nothing compares. I love this place and the staff and I refuse to go anywhere else. read more

I just moved to Chicago and checked out a lot of vape shops, but this one has the best selection of juice and qualify! They also have great choices of mods and devices. Had to get me this amazing set up from them! Highly recommend, the best part is, the workers knowledge of the product! Charlie and Chase answered all of my questions without getting that "annoyed" look. Also, they have a Nintendo 64 so you can play the classics and vape! read more

This vape shop had everything we needed. Charlie was one of the most friendly people we have met in Chicago (and we have met a lot of amazing people here). His customer service was impeccable. His prices are affordable for really great products. Whenever we are in Chicago we will always return to vape daze, even if we are staying on the other side of the city. In one transaction he got forever customers. read more

I found my new go to vape shop! Super happy with this place. I have never received better customer service. Employees are so helpful. I went in looking for a new set up after not vaping for almost 6 months. The employees will also work with you on prices and on top of that, they have a decent rewards program. 10/10 would recommend. read more
