The worst customer service!!! Not helpful and very rude guy , never seen something like that in smoke shops in Chicago area , definitely not recommend read more

I've been tasked with writing an article about vaping, and with no experience of my own, I had only info from the Internet when I walked in the door. Theo graciously presented a wide range of information, pulling out hardware and explaining everything as he went--without any hope of a sale. He was knowledgable, friendly, patient and even encouraged me to follow up with him if necessary. During my time there he served several customers (which I encouraged), and I could tell he wanted to help each and every one, even the confused older guy who came back in after turning his device off by accident. I bought a $5, nicotine-less e-cig on the way out, and Theo didn't even laugh when I didn't know which side went in my mouth and whether or not I should inhale. Good guy. read more

This place has a wide-range of pipes for all your smoking needs. The owner here was super friendly and nice. He explained and suggested a few items. Prices are ok. They had a funny security guard there and he was cool. read more

Sold me a defective product and gave me attitude when I came in the next day to ask for an exchange. Too many other options in the area. I won't be back. read more

I bought an e-cig tank from here which was defective (stripped mounting screw) and they refused to offer a full or partial refund. Save yourself the hassle/frustration and buy your equipment from somewhere with a respectable return policy. read more

I'm not sure of the name of the guy was who was working here today, but he had a horrible attitude. I'm a newbie to vaping and had a few questions and every time I asked a question he would give me an attitude and smart ass response. I was really appalled and finally walked right out the store. Treat your customers with more respect-seriously. And you work at a vape store - there is literally nothing to be snobby about read more

Really great shop! The worker was very knowledgeable on the topics I asked him about (vaporizers, bongs, candles, etc). Super friendly! Will definitely be going back! read more

I'm not someone that knows tons about smoke accessories, but my roommate just got a hookah so we headed over here since people had good ratings. The place is clean, well organized, and the staff was very nice and helpful. She didn't try to sell you on certain brands, and the prices were less than what we were expecting! read more

Smoke and Vape - Clean and well organized! - Vape Shops Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

The best & my favorite shop in Chicago for all your CBD, kratom & smoking product needs. Plus they got a wide selection of products that a smoke shop should carry such as water pipes, intricate glass pieces, papers, hemp wick, e-juices, kratom, torches, quartz bangers, tobacco, glass, wooden & metal pipes, vape mods, vape starter kits, all vape & smoking accessories, flower & concentrate vaporizers like the Puffco Peak and the Yocan portable e-nail etc. you name it they got it. It's a small store but it's stocked up the butt lol. And not to mention their prices are reasonable unlike most shops that tax up the butt. Dylan & Theo will help you find what you need. Just bought their CBD flowers yesterday and it's by far the best stuff I've ever had, it smells and smokes just like the real thing. It totally works for sleeping, pain relief & anxiety. The Cbd kratom stores are are crap compared to this place. I promise you wont be disappointed with their products, prices & customer service. Dylan is the best. He's a very cool guy & extremely knowledgeable. He knows all about the products they carry & when it comes to vaping he knows his stuff, unlike other shops that dont know squat about their own products. Dylan is by far the best in helping you find anything you need,Theo and the owner Tony are as well but Dylan knows his stuff very well. All of them are very professional and are not in it for the quick buck like most shops in Chicago but are in it for the long term relationship with the customer. Being a chicago native I've been to a lot of shops in the city & the suburbs & I can honestly tell you with certainty that this shop is by far the best. And speaking of suburbs they also have a location in Niles which is just as great as this one. It's a bit bigger than the Lawrence location & they too have a wide selection. Both Dylan & Theo also work there interchangeably. So stop by this spot you won't be disappointed. Try the CBD products such as the Shatter and the flowers. read more

This place rocks! Theo and Dylan really know their stuff for sure. Great selection at very reasonable prices

By far the best staff of any vape shop ive been to in the city. These guys are super chill but will go out of there way to help you out and get you what you need without overselling stuff you dont. read more

This place is a fantastic shop. They've got an excellent range of products; from Hookah pieces and tobacco to CBD oil cartridges and shatter. Knowledgeable employees (Theo helped me, super knowledgeable) and variety gave this place 5 stars for me. Parking is accessible all over the place. Holler at these players 8) read more

DELIGHTFUL! This was my reaction when I walked in and saw their massive selection. Their prices are hands down the best in Chicago. When Smoke & Vape wakes up in the morning, it goes to the bathroom and asks "mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" The bathroom mirror sighs, because this is the 3rd time it's asked for Smoke & Vape to get the toothpaste off the mirror. The mirror replies dude... still you bro!". Guess who just found their new shop? This. Place. Is. GLORIOUS!!! read more

I have been to many many smoke shops in the Chicagoland area and after my first visit this is by far my favorite! After learning they did have the coils I needed (other smoke shops did not carry it), I came in and Theo walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me clean my piece too. The prices here are good in comparison to other shops and very genuine above and beyond customer service is hard to come by so I am happy that I came here. Thanks for everything Theo! read more

Just moved into the neighborhood and my boyfriend and I needed a place to get some smoke accessories. This place has it all and the owners are very accommodating. One of the ash catchers that we bought didn't fit our glassware so we went back to the store and got it exchanged with no fuss. Prices are super affordable. They only take cash. read more

Love this place. The guy with the bandana is very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend's and I feel very safe and at home to look at all the beautiful art pieces they have for sale. Beautiful store. Bravo read more

I don't smoke at all but sometimes my dad has me buy him a box of cigarettes when he doesn't have time. Store always smells really good. Plus the box is only $35 tax free!!! read more

This is smoke shop is great and I'm glad i stopped by because I got few super deals. My personal vapin' tools were leaky and old so the guy from the counter was super nice and showed me how to build my own vaping device . He also explained me what's the difference between the old and the new ones and which are the best in what I want. I like vaping different flavours with no nicotine. He also made me a good deal for few bottles of eliquid. So I have only good words about this place and I'm sure they won't let you down when you need them. I definitely recommend this smoke shop ! read more
