I've been tasked with writing an article about vaping, and with no experience of my own, I had only info from the Internet when I walked in the door. Theo graciously presented a wide range of information, pulling out hardware and explaining everything as he went--without any hope of a sale. He was knowledgable, friendly, patient and even encouraged me to follow up with him if necessary. During my time there he served several customers (which I encouraged), and I could tell he wanted to help each and every one, even the confused older guy who came back in after turning his device off by accident. I bought a $5, nicotine-less e-cig on the way out, and Theo didn't even laugh when I didn't know which side went in my mouth and whether or not I should inhale. Good guy. read more

I have been to many many smoke shops in the Chicagoland area and after my first visit this is by far my favorite! After learning they did have the coils I needed (other smoke shops did not carry it), I came in and Theo walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me clean my piece too. This is smoke shop is great and I'm glad i stopped by because I got few super deals. My personal vapin' tools were leaky and old so the guy from the counter was super nice and showed me how to build my own vaping device . He also explained me what's the difference between the old and the new ones and which are the best in what I want. I like vaping different flavours with no nicotine. He also made me a good deal for few bottles of eliquid. So I have only good words about this place and I'm sure they won't let you down when you need them.
