Just left this place so since this guy is very rude and impatient with me since I'm deaf so of course he had to gesture with me when I pointed the vape stuff and he literally threw the vape box at me and tapped hard on window on me so it make me uncomfortable with him and didn't buy anything because of him. Limited selection of merchandise with high prices and poor quality. Merchandise on the shelf was dirty. Customer service rep sold me a "hand-blown" glass pipe that was suppose to be American made and good quality. It turned out to be cheap material that broke after simple use. When I contacted the company regarding my purchase, I was treated poorly and was told that I intentionally broke the pipe. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service rep WOULD NOT let me speak to him/her and refused to give me his/her name. I strongly suggest that you find another reputable smoke shop that 1) cares about customer service, 2) encourages repeat business and 3) sells high quality merchandise. Had a pretty horrible experience, and would never go back. First went in and bought a 30W E-leaf vap. He sold on the $30 top piece that never worked correctly. Well it did for about 3 days. Took it back in they took apart and said let it air dry. We did and it still wasn't performing correctly. The second time we took it in they could screw the top part off but we're not able to screw it off from the bottom batter pack. So we went back the next I'm the afternoon and they where able to screw the bottom part off and said that I needed a different top mouth piece, so had to buy a two dollar crappy one which wasn't the same. So I went in later that evening when I got off work because Jack the owner was in who originally sold me the vap cigarette. He didn't do anything hid in the back while three people where trying to unscrew the top pierce and couldn't get it off. The opposite issue... So at the end of the day all the sudden they tell me, "you have the wrong top price to begin with, yo need this one. I give good deal." They broke my vap to begin with by using players screwing it apart. Sold me the incorrect top piece to begin with, than in the end payed $40 additionally for the correct top. read more

My go-to head shop. There are a lot of options in this area and I visited most of them before finding this superior one. The service is super friendly and informed, and they aren't pushy with a sale but they will bargain if you initiate. On my most recent visit, I was looking for replacement pieces for a broken water pipe I had at home. The man who helped me was very patient while I tried to describe the type of pipe it was. He was extremely helpful and found the exact two pieces I needed after about 5 minutes of guessing and checking. He also threw in a free filter at checkout when I asked how much they were. NEVER GO HERE! Im a smoker and a Vapor and I shop and just about all the local shops and today was the day I decided to go back to this store and maybe purchase a glass on glass water pipe and a digital item (A scale). I have came here multiple times had a horible experience EACH TIME! TODAY I GO IN AND WHEN LOOKING AT THE SCALES THE GUY HELPING US WAS SO rough with the scale he was breaking it Before my eyes! He was trying to turn the item on and it wouldn't because it was used and when he removed the back there was battery acid all in the scale.. so he for continue to open more scales and they all look the same with battery acid everywhere... I immediately walk out I will not be returning here buying anything... the only time before this I go in and I'm looking for a box mod and the guy took apart the box Mada and the chemical mod and couldn't put it back together and then drops a screw and thinks I don't notice and he puts it back on the shelf for resale... this place is extremely expensive I found the same model at a different local shop for half its price this place is a scam artist do not shop. Absolutely awful service, I purchaseda very expensive vaporizer here, the gentlemanwho sold it to me was very persistent when I purchase the device I told him I didn't want to spend the entire amount of the item and so I told him what I had at home and he said" no problem I'll give you very good deal" the device required to batteries of which I told him I only have one because the device I was currently using only required one. I also told him I didn't need a tank because I also already had multiple tanks at home so he pulled the product I was looking at out of the glass case it was sitting in the tape has been peeled off so I could tell it had been opened before I looked at it however I didn't go so far as to unscrew the battery panel that's a never had inexperienced like this before where I needed to. I brought it back and there was a young lady working she was very pleasant and said it's probably just the batteries you probably just got a bad battery I wasn't thoroughly convinced because I used the battery that they gave me as part of their"very good deal", on my other single battery used item and it worked just fine I came back in a third time and the gentleman who sold it to me was there and was very rude and tried to tell me that I broke it I just had I didn't break in when I put the batteries in it lights up but when I put an atomizer on it constantly says to check the atomizer check the atomizer. I said can you put an atomizer on so you can see what I'm talking about he told me they didn't have an atomizer in his shop mint at least halfway dedicated to vaporizers not to mention there were literally a dozen on the glass case right below him he also told me that I stripped the screws and that I brought the wrong screwdriver and I said can you go get a screwdriver so I can show you what I'm talking about again he told me he didn't have a screwdriver in a shop that is meant for selling vaporizers so finally he goes back and brings a flathead screwdriver for which he is very well aware it requires a hex head I told him that's never going to work it's completely different. oh also side note I had planned on paying with credit card, in which she told me the credit card machine was not working again while in there I witnessed several clients purchasing products with credit card however they had a atm conveniently located in the shop he also said that the receipt printer was not working. I brought it back again and he still said that it had nothing to do with him that I burned the battery I told him these are the batteries that you sold to me these were the size that fits that's what size the box says it requires he still would not take any responsibility he still would not take it back or do anything to make it right. word of advice if you want a personal vaporizer for liquid use, go to a real the vaperizer shop. Not a half "glass pipe shop" have vaporizer shop. I'm certainly not speaking for other"head shops", as there are a number of a reputable stores on the same street but I very much honest and what do what is necessary to make the customer happy, they won't sell you a broken product and then tell you you can't pay with credit card and then tell you that the receipt machine is broken, and steal your money. I've never written a negative review and hopefully I never have to again I also hope I never get my money stolen by a vendor again. I'm sure there otherside of the shop meant for dry herb vaporizer or pipes or water pipes is just fine but if you're a serious Vapor looking to buy a nice piece of machinery please look elsewhere. read more

This place is great, has a huge selection of glass, and its cheaper than novelties and secrets. I was sold a rig with a crack that I bought for $100, went back and they apologized profusely and sold me a legit Maverick piece that was marked 450, for only $80 more! Now that's customer service! The owner is also super friendly and personable. read more

This store is much cheaper than most head shops. The reason being they are willing to sell counterfeit product. I purchased a "sharp stone" grinder yesterday and afteri got home I did some research only to discover that it was in fact a knock off. Not even as good quality as most of the knock offs out there. I called the store and the guy tried to tell me it was real, then told me that I real one would have cost double, then went back to saying it was real. He then told me he needed to put me on hold for 10 minutes, never to pick up the line. I called back and he answered and put it on hold right away. I would not recommended this store to anyone looking for quality product. These people are clearly aware they are selling counterfiet merchandise and intentionally marketing it as the real product. Save yourself even more money and just buy fake merchandise from a gas station for half the price, because this place is a joke. read more
