Walked in looking for a glass attachmen, wasn't sure what I was needed he gave me a couple pieces I was questioning so I said I'll just check and come back, I was told take those and bring them back if they don't work. Did just that, they didn't fit so I made my return with a picture of the piece. I explained to him that a downstem won't fit he proceeded to get me the short one and telling me that "This will work for you friend" It didn't I come back with my piece it and the glass he gave me, he didn't have anything that fit in there, wasn't willing to swap it out for a grinder or glass, when he told me that I'd be able to swap it out so now I'm out 50 dollars and still no right attachment. Not a CBD product!!!!! There is litterally 23mg of CBDN in a 3g vape ------- Ughhhhh so unfortunately I have to write this. I of course tried to rectify this miscommunication prior to this as I don't want to hurt anyone. However I was just given a load of B.S so my hand has been forced. I went to the store on Tuesday (it was -25 with the wind btw) because I had ran out of actual CBD gummies and I have a health condition that needs to be managed. I had asked for a CBD product, preferably a vape. I was directed to this product. I asked "how asked how much CBD?" And was told "3 grams" it was insisted that it indeed has CBD and a good quanity of it. So I paid the 40$ and left. I opened the package hoping for a pamphlet to clarify, however I did not find any and went looking online. I went to the site itself and got the following screenshots. Went back today and asked if there was an exchange policy as there was a miscommunication error given it clearly is not a CBD product. There is a trace amount of CBDN however I'd have to smoke 3Grams of this product to get what could be got in half of a In-House CBD gummie. I was told "well I'd be out 40$" clearly it can be bought online for 12$ at retail so you know...wholesale... Mind you he was "concerned" about 40$...meanwhile i make 1350$ a month working with homeless children in domestic shelters...that 40$ actually hurts me as I barely meet my needs as it were. This wasn't a excursion to get a high, it's pain management so I can do my job... and I was asking if there was an exchange policy while apologizing. This place is bar none my favorite smoke shop. They don't have the best selection, because it's tiny. They know their stuff, though. The guys who work here are fabulous! One of them spotted a homeless man a pack of cigarettes. It was so nonchalant and humble. Seriously! Took money out of his wallet. This place is the closest head shop to my house so I've been here many many times. In a pinch for papers or vape juice they're fine.(papers still cost 3x what you can get online) but sometimes you don't want to wait. Everything there is wayyy overpriced. All of the glass is China glass sold for 7x the price of what you can get anywhere else. The staff is very rude and deceptive. I was sold some of my most expensive garbage every time.
