This was my 4th time going into this place. But the guy working had to be sick or on something because I've had no problem with showing my ID each time I've gone, and because it's a vertical ID and from CT (WHERE I AM FROM) because it doesn't expire till 2029 I haven't needed a new one and it's obviously real, but this man tell me that I need to bring my whole passport next time because he thinks my ID could be fake. Like bro, it's a vertical id I got when I was 18 how can that be fake?? And I'm trying to explain to him and wanting to prove to him that it's real and he just dismisses me and tell me to bring a passport for the next visit. I'm sorry but no that is unnecessary because what if I didn't have a passport then you'd never receive business from me again the future. I hardly ever return stuff or ever put up a review, I went there 2 weeks back trying to get get a pen,( hardly smoke tbh) l asked the guy for recommendations he offered me a pen over $50. After the first charge the pen started to leak the liquid which made it not possible to inhale because it was burning your mouth. I went to notify him about it all he offered was to buy another one for a $5 discount. So I was going to spend $100 for a pen to get 5 off, never again going to this "vape store". read more

The guy told me that the Bumble-Bee kratom I was buying was lab-tested. It's not. He then told me that they couldn't sell it in Illinois if it weren't. This is a lie. He must have seen me coming - prey on people who aren't familiar with the stuff. Bumble Bee kratom is a dark company with almost no paper trail. Their web site is "for sale." Kratom.org gives it 2/5 stars, says even they couldn't find anything on this company, and that their products are not lab-tested. When you have zero accountability due to invisibility, you can put anything you want in your pill casings. So this store lied to me about a shady company. I'm a senior citizen and the staff was very helpful in explaining their special kind of offering Delta-8 THC and like products derived from hemp that has similar effects to cannabis offerings at dispensaries in Illinois. I feel like this place straddles the line between actual vape shop and head shops pretending to be vape shops. I mean that as a compliment. I live around the corner and typically mix my own e-liquid. However, I go here when I need more e-liquid and am running low on either supplies or time. AOK selection. The best part of this shop is the staff.
