Went in for the first time this afternoon. very friendly and helpful staff. I will return.

When I lived in the neighborhood I used to love to come to this location, everyone always seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Well not this time, I arrived on 7/13 at around 12:30. Store was totally empty and I one customer service person was standing outside. Not a big deal figured she was just on break, so I go inside with her asking about their vape selection as I suffer from severe anxiety and was hoping to get something to help, her very first suggestion was to go to dispensary 33 down the street to get THC marijuana products. I tried to explain that I don't handle marijuana well but was looking for suggestions for helping with anxiety for which she had not a single one, I try to ask about delta 8 which is new to me and the difference between that and other CBD products for which she didn't have an answer. I ended up picking a few items on my own without any guidance from the customer service person and left. Spent $120 on items that I hope may help but who knows. I doubt I'll go back again anytime soon especially when you have other stores with very knowledgeable staff. Really disappointed to see how the store declined read more

Walked into this store earlier for the first time. Saw some products, and as really Just looking for a honey stick. Just A single stick 20mg. I paid $6 for a single stick which was all i needed. The space was wide and the shelved products were all locked in glass cases. This was thee most locked away, product stocked store I've ever seen. A masked guy with curly hair, only talked to me to make the sale. And the cashier next to him, tried up sale me but literally didn't talk to me until i pulled the product from the counter to pay for it. But didn't try to up sale the people behind me. I went to CBD Kratom today & this store was so rude to me that I had to get the police involved. They double charged me, acknowledged it & the employee, Grant, called his manager, Kris Jackson. Solutions: I could get a refund for the over charge but in 5-10 days or a store credit. After the store manager asking me to pull up the charge on my bank's app, they acknowledged that I had been over charged. I accepted the credit card refund. An hour later I stopped back in and said to the same employee; "I have another option. Why don't I just take the same products & I'll give them as holiday gifts?" After calling the manager, Kris, again, that was not an option, I'd have to wait 24-48 hrs to see if the charges went through via Paypal which is the system they use. My positions: - Your employee over charged me. Everyone's acknowledged so & all actions were due to this. - A refund was offered. I accepted. Why is a refund not given to me now? We've all been over charged for something at some point in our lives. We then get a refund. - Paypal is instant. Your own systems will indicate whether YOUR store charged me. Why do I have to prove in 24-48 hrs that you've charged me? Am I then going to have to prove the products I took were only 1/2 of what I was charged? - How did the store credit now have a "Start Time?" I asked to speak to Kris Jackson. I was given his card. I went to my car to call him. Called, left vm. Waited 5 min. Called, left vm. Waited. I went into the store & told the employee that Kris is not answering his phone when I call but when the store calls he answers. Could you please call him? I'm sorry that I'm being put in this position by the store! LONG story short: - Kris stated that I had not been over charged. They were waiting to see if the charges were going through & I'd have to come back in 24-48 hrs to show them on my app that they had. Then they'd give me the refund or a store credit. - Why am I, the customer, being placed in this position to prove I had been double charged when your own employee did so, acknowledged it & then called YOU for solutions. - Kris acknowledged that "this happens all the time." Well, if it does, then fix it. Why would anyone wait 5-10 days for a refund as he first said, then come back in 24-48 hrs to prove the charges went through AND, then not be able to use a store credit? - "That's how this was going down," said by Grant several times even on the phone 10-15 min later after I left the neighborhood. If I was double charged, why was I not given a refund right then and there? And, if I have a store credit, why can I not use it? I decided to call the police. They were going to meet me in 10 minutes. I called the store just to let them know. I also texted Kris. I met the police outside. I was being recorded they stated. I explained the situation. They agreed with me 100%, were puzzled too, wanted to inquire as to why & wanted to go inside & ask Grant to call Kris to hear what the store's version was. Grant stated that "he convinced Kris to issue me a gift certificate." (Really? The store is in the wrong & I have to get police to get a respectable, instant action?) I told Grant & the police that I meant what I said earlier that "I will never come back to this store after the way I was being treated." Getting a gift certificate meant I'd have to come back to use it. No, but it was the only viable solution unless I could use it right now to buy the same products I had earlier which started this entire dramatic situation. Grant said, yes I could and then his sarcastic bitchiness appeared when I respectfully apologized to him for he and Kris having put me in this position with the police present and I understood he was only following directions his store manager instructed him to give me. He was so shitty the female cop moved here eyes towards me and not her head to almost roll her eyes. This drama was 2.5 hrs long & unfortunate after I've been going there for about 3 yrs. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE! The products are what matters, not THIS store. read more

Don't buy hemp flowers from here. I bought some Friday and upon getting home i was about to smoke some and realized that almost all the buds are old. They're brown, dry, and stale. Worst hemp flowers I've ever seen. Upon doing research online, their vendor: Terp Nation, is known for selling low quality hemp buds. If you are looking for hemp flowers buy them online at more reputable sellers like tweedle farms or cbd hemp direct. Not knowing much on Kratom I did some googling and found this shop. The staff were knowledgeable and the shop well attractive in design on entry. The sale went smoothly and their product was quite affordable. They have a large selection of Kratom and CBD. They do not carry vaporizers or eJuice which may add an extra stop if you vape as well. I've been coming here for the last two years since I discovered CBD and have had nothing but positive experiences with this store. The brands they sell are all effective for me and very well priced. I really wanted to like this place but I spent about 100 bucks hoping it would help my anxiety and energy levels. I bought the vape pen. I'm almost finished and did not feel anything. Also used the Kratom powder. Tastes horrible but I downed it anyways. Nothing. I think I feel more energy from a cup of coffee. 5 stars for Isaiah, but unfortunately I have to review based off of the products. Isaiah helped me from the moment I walked in and was very informative. I also enjoyed the calm environment of the employees as well. Sadly I spent almost $150 for products that didn't work. The cbd joint worked the best and helped calm me but was quite expensive. ($20) for a joint. The oil did nothing at all for my pain, honestly zero change even if I squirted two whole squirts in my mouth....still. Nothing. Lastly the expensive cream. Smells wonderful but once again did nothing for my pain. Lastly the packages that they have in back of the wall. I was told they have a euphoria effect yet instead I received a straight panic attack. Never again. Maybe I will go back and try a stronger dosage of the CBD but I am really discouraged that 90% of the products didn't work. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 or 4 really pleasant, attentive, and well put together girls serving customers. Upon return of this disgusting product they had we told the lady cashier, in response she said "that's not possible that's impossible we receive them sealed." We explained we weren't trying to get over on them then she took a look. The female working today around 5pm Jan. 31st 2017 and her male partner working both agreed including a customer that it was disgusting. She quickly grabbed the phone and left the store calling the owner. She said there's nothing we can do. We wanted to return every edible we had purchased on our last visit. She grabbed a calculator added up the total and told us we had $51.00 dollars in credit to spend that very moment. We told her that it was $57.00 and she said oh that's with tax. We grabbed one oil for $49.00. We were told that's fine and that's it. So we not only had a horrible experience with the products this place offers but the customer service was shitty as well..we weren't offered anything but an empty apology and we were taken for our money. Came here twice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However my low rating is because of their management. I purchased a $50 product and even questioned the quality of it while in the store. I was told it would be fine and to come back if I had any troubles. Well it exploded in my hands after one use and watched $50 go to waste. Came back to explain what happened, showed my receipt and was immediately questioned as if I was trying to scam them. Ridiculous. The manager (who was on the phone) refused to talk to me directly and kept asking his employee questions to see if I was tampering with the device. Not once did they believe me or even try to understand my angle. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to get $50 in credit or a replacement...but they refused to even do that. Although the price is somewhat high compared to other online venders (this has been mitigated a bit now as they switched to pre-packaged packets of powder and lowered their prices a bit for them) it is the best quality Kratom that I have tried. All too often I will order a big amount online to save money just to have it be very poor quality which gives you the annoying eye-twitches and very low buzz. At CBD Kratom you can expect to get high-quality leaf every time, and that is very much worth the added cost imo. Been coming here since they opened and I must say their customer service is great, they have good social skills and are very polite. So it pains me to have to write this review but any new comers beware of the cbd isolate with terpenes or any type of dabbing cbd like the wax. I have bought their 1gram Cbd isolate with terpenes several times and in at least 4 different occasions the cbd isolate terpenes wasn't a full gram but 0.8 or 0.9. As soon as I got home I weighed them and immediately noticed they were off by one or two points smh. So ever since I have been telling them to weigh it before leaving the store but today I had sent my wife to get it for me since her job is fairly close. Although we did call today and the gentlemen did tell us to come and he'd exchange it for a full gram but unfortunately we live all the way by skokie and this place is all the way by Clark and foster, so now this is going to be my 4th time i get duped for 80 bucks smh. Why must the customers tell them to weigh it when it's their job to make sure they're on point before even putting them on the shelves for sale smh. And I'm sure almost everyone who buys this product doesnt weigh it and I don't blame them because we as customers expect to get what we pay for especially in a professional setting. For 80 bucks you'd expect them to be a point more or at least on point, I understand it might be the manufacturers fault but I already had complained more than once about it not being on point you would think they would weigh them before putting them out for sale. read more

So I decided to give this shop a try after reading multiple articles, review, recommendations from friends. I suffer from anxiety and my I wanted to try and 'supplement' my Xanax use. I went in was greeted, got straight to the point, was given a couple suggestions by Austin and chose one. It's a bit pricey to 'try' when you don't know anything about it. However, I chose one and at first was disappointed I didn't notice anything. But back to internet and read that dosage is a personal hit or miss, so to speak. Today is my second day and I definitely notice less anxiety. Hopefully, I get the dosage down correctly and I will be a return customer.
