Went and bought a cbd flower pre rolled joint of the BuzzEbee (?) brand. Upon lighting it immediately burned all the paper around the flower. The flower wouldn't burn. I went right back and was given a replacement. The same thing happened. Not going back there. Must have been moisture in the tube. Or old. I don't know. Wasn't offered a refund only exchange for the same product. Waste of 17$ read more

And buyer beware - no returns or exchange for products that fail you so cross your fingers that this is the one that works for you. The first time I visited this location, I was warmly greeted and given all sorts of great suggestions to help me beat my chronic battle with insomnia. The Brownzzz and Sippin Syrup have become two of my favorites, especially because they are ALL NATURAL unlike the unhealthy sedatives/benzodiazepines I used to rely on. I had never heard of CBD or Katrom but decided to check this place out. It's incredible! Everyone on staff is always very nice and are extremely informative on all of their products. Christina and Hanna, really everyone are always excellent with helping out with suggestions. I have issues with getting to sleep and sometimes back pain from working out. Their suggestions have worked wonders and I have not had such great sleep results in a very long time. I have used drugs like ambien for sleep and yes, it works great, but I do not want to have to rely on such a heavy drug for such a minor subject. CBD and/or Katrom have been a great and most importantly a NATURAL substitute. Love this place! read more

Last night I spent $83. at this store, $60 of which was for BeeZBee CBD tincture. I tried it, but it inflamed my reflux, so I brought it back this morning, but left the receipt in another jacket (it was warm today so I didn't have that one on). I saw on a CBD forum that MCT oil can possibly inflame reflux. Even though I am a member of their rewards program I was told they could not see my transaction. They were unable to find the transaction even though I gave them the debit card I used. But, despite my not having the receipt, after talking with the manager, they said they could give me a 25% discount if I purchased another product. This is what they would do, they said, even if I brought in the receipt. Yes, I understand they can't sell something that has been opened, but the point is they are very friendly before you buy, but once they have your dough forget it. They should do some research and advise customers of potential problems. For me $60 is no small sum. Normally, I am a strong advocate for brick-and-mortar businesses, but in this case I'd recommend buying CBD products online. Funny, their receipt says, "Mr. Nice Guy" at the top! Ha! read more
