Store was totally empty and I one customer service person was standing outside. Not a big deal figured she was just on break, so I go inside with her asking about their vape selection as I suffer from severe anxiety and was hoping to get something to help, her very first suggestion was to go to dispensary 33 down the street to get THC marijuana products. I tried to explain that I don't handle marijuana well but was looking for suggestions for helping with anxiety for which she had not a single one, I try to ask about delta 8 which is new to me and the difference between that and other CBD products for which she didn't have an answer. I ended up picking a few items on my own without any guidance from the customer service person and left. Spent $120 on items that I hope may help but who knows. I doubt I'll go back again anytime soon especially when you have other stores with very knowledgeable staff. Really disappointed to see how the store declined

I can't help but wonder if it's something they only have one bottle of, because when I looked online for curbside pickup I found other stores only had one as well. I ended up having to get that item shipped to me. The store is very neat and tidy, which makes it pleasant to shop, but I hate that I have no idea where to begin with some things. I've been using BeeZBee CBD oil now for about 6 months. I chose their brand because they offer…read morelower doses (100 mg bottles) and I like taking the lowest effective dose of medicine that gets the job done. I've gone through about 4-5 bottles so far, one from this spot prior, several from CBD Kratom stores. The last time I needed a new bottle, I went there and noticed the "original" looked different than normal- kinda yellow. Normally it's more green, although I've noticed color variations before. The original is an unflavored product, just CBD in a vegetable oil that tastes like hemp. Natural. Exactly what I'm looking for. I asked the sales person about the color but she just shrugged and couldn't tell me anything. When I brought this bottle home and tried it, it was thick, gooey and with a gross sugary flavoring. So gross. I brought the bottle back and asked to exchange because it seems to be mislabeled and not what I bought at all. The guy told me they couldn't exchange, because the bottle was open, and that if the product changed "that's on BeeZBee." With so many CBD stores popping up, how can you not know your own inventory and products? Or take responsibility for what you sell? This stuff is NOT cheap. I'll tell you something else.
