Sort of like the deli counter at Whole Foods. I've wasted too much of my life standing in line behind stoned privileged Boomer Deadheads, and now they bring their overindulged Millennial children with them. Be strategic, if you have a choice of lines, get into the one that has only singles in it, the ones with groups are going to take longer regardless of the overall length of the line. And try to not get behind anyone my age, we are the worst.

I tried to call the store but only got a recording and no way to leave a message. I emailed them through the contact us page, but got no response 48 hrs later...How did this happen?? Why didn't the budtender pull every item out to inspect it and show it you before leaving the store?? I accept partial responsibility by not double checking before I left, but I didn't think I'd have an issue with it. It's a brand new bottle that shattered inside. This is highly disappointing as I will not be making another trip up there.

I use Areopay to pre-pay (connecting your bank account to their app). After getting home and checking, I realized my total did not go down after the points. She raised the price of the products so when my points were added, it was the same price in the end. When I reached out to customer service to try to get this fixed it took days and days, They could not seem to understand what I was saying, " you raised the price of the product before applying my points, essentially eating my points!" When they finally realized that they gave me credit for the points, but I had already made a purchase elsewhere. It took a couple of weeks, they are slow to respond I did not need anything until the following month, but when I went to use that credit it had expired. They never mentioned there was an expiration on the credit. I reached out to them to tell them, but no one responded. I have not shopped at the Rogers Park location since.
