They now have to report cash tips which is also technically illegal. I stated I had traveled far to come and get medical marijuana, I knew what I wanted and could pay over the phone that I would be there within the next two minutes max. The person on the other end of the line asks if they can do that and I hear people yelling NO! And conversations. He comes back to say no, because they closed their registers earlier than the listed time of closing. All registers were fully broken down by 3:30 pm. They were listed as closing at 8pm when I spent over an hour traveling there. I was in the weather they were closing over. This is Chicago. It snows in Chicago. It's upsetting that they would treat a disabled person with a medical condition this way. It's apparent they don't want my business.

This made up for the problems I had before. So I then went back today and I had another really negative experience. I tried preordering online and using their pay by bank feature, which withdrew the money from my account but never processed my order. When I showed up to the counter, they didn't have my order in the system, but somehow the money was taken out my bank account. All the employees did was take down my number and tell me hopefully the money gets refunded to my account. Just another disappointing experience.
