When I showed up to the counter, they didn't have my order in the system, but somehow the money was taken out my bank account. All the employees did was take down my number and tell me hopefully the money gets refunded to my account. Just another disappointing experience.

Store is clean and well thought out. Didn't have to sift through garbage products placed gratuitously and overpriced to find what a real vapor needs: Juice, mods and batteries.
